The stairs in the house are not lit. I did not recieve a PIN code for the appartment door in advance. Also there was an additional 250 eur deposit not described on the booking page, but It was returned after check out. It would be nice to have a kettle, but in principle you can use coffee machine to boil water.

Location was good. There is a metro station and shopping center nearby. Appartment is well furnutered and has good TV. Internet was good and stable.

The room is in a good area, very close to the center, very close to stores and public transportation. Also the room is big and clean, comfortable and a well equiped kitchen. We had a nice stay, it is the second time when we stayed here. The communication was very good with the stuff, very kind and quick answers.

A bit got confused how to lock the door without the key. It would be great to leave instruction in the apt about that and bring more light as the light is dim there. But, in overall, no negative feedback, only positive one.

Nothing to complain about, really, just some small improvements in the toilet and kitchen.

Cosy and quiet studio apartment as it doesn't face the street, but inner courtyard. The street itself is also very small and not noisy. Perfect location, just steps from Westbahnhof and metro station. With metro line 3 you can reach the heart of Vienna in just minutes, or take a leisurely walk down Mariahilfer Strasse enjoying shopping (or just window shopping) reaching the Museumsquartier and from there wherever you want. Several supermarkets around and within the train station if you wish to prepare the food for yourself in the kitchen. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Functional kitchen with basic amenities. All in all, if you are not a great demander, the perfect quiet place to rest sore feet after a long walk, with a glass of beer or wine (or two, three, four... 😁)

We would have needed more plugs near the bed to charge things. There was only one. Maybe a bottle of oil in the kitchen. The kitchen chairs felt unstable. The radiators only had off and full power as options. It wasn't possible to just have half heat. A pair of wine glasses would be nice. Honestly not a lot of stuff we didn't like. It was very nice.

Would have liked the ability to open the blinds as the cords to operate the mechanism had come off. The apartment was on the third floor and there isn't a lift so a struggle with luggage and dodgy knees :D

Large, clean, warm and spacious apartment which met our needs with king size, comfortable beds. Close enough to central Vienna via public transport, we chose the Metro, nearest station a few minutes walk from the apartment, but far away enough to avoid the noise, hustle and bustle of a busy city. Florian kept in touch before, during and after our stay to inform us of key codes and advice needed for our stay.

We had the most wonderful three-day stay at this apartment in Vienna, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions. The apartment is very close to the metro and tram station, direct connection to the center. There are many supermarkets nearby, good restaurants, everything you need. We could reach any point of attraction in Vienna in about 15-20 minutes. The apartment was not only clean and well-maintained but also beautifully furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Even though it was very cold outside, the rooms were well heated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail in the apartment, from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful amenities, truly made us feel at home. Check-in is easy process. The host provided clear instructions, and it made our arrival stress-free. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring their guests have a fantastic experience. Great location with connection to public transport and airport ( val 1 line ) very close to spar, penny etc. And also you can find everything jn mariahilfe strasse. Kitchen also well equiped. Fast communication with the host.

Important note, there are 3 flights of stairs without an elevator, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The whole apartment could use a new coat of paint, because even though it looks really cool, the wear and tear is quite visible and takes away from it, especially since it was cleaned but it didn’t feel that way. For longer stays (longer than a day) I would recommend some more basic necessities be provided, we had a half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people/4 days. Nothing too dramatic is lacking, but this would significantly improve the overall experience.

This property is on an excellent location, everything needed is close by, bus, tram, metro, whole shopping mall. The apartment is super spacious and ideal for 4 people, with 2 really comfortable and big beds. There is a big bathroom and a small and separate toilet, which is well thought out. Kitchen is well equipped for even a longer stay and the living room is big and could host dinners. Host was excellent and the communication was impeccable, all our questions were answered efficiently (don’t be discouraged with the check in instructions, it’s much simpler than it looks). All in all, good value for the price.

- They wait until the last minute to send you the codes to enter the apartment. We received them at 16:30 and the check-in starts at 3 pm. - The check-out time is at 10 am, we requested 2 weeks before the trip if it's possible to extend it to 11 am. The owner kindly confirmed us with no problem and said it's been arranged. they hadn't requested us anything by then. However, a few hours before leaving the apartment, we were advised that we had to pay an extra cost for the late checkout and they sent us a payment link from a different website, which seems a bit suspicious that late on our stay. - The windows have roller blinds that we couldn't roll up, so we couldn't also open the windows properly, I guess this is to prevent smoking, but we couldn't have much natural light in.

- The apartment is very nice and big. bedrooms are very pleasant and the beds are quite big and comfy. Kitchen and living room are also big spaces to spend time in. - The location is excellent, very well connected to the center but also in a quiet area. - Reasonable price.
