You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Perfect hotel has everything you need. Modern architecture, interior, well equipped everywhere you are, nice warm swimming pool and sauna, welcome drink, tasty course menu for dinner, variety of things at breakfast- omelette, fresh juice, frizzante. . Everything was just more than great. For this, the price is actually VERY reasonable and I would like to come back again definitely.

United KingdomOnly criticism you really need a car if you plan to stay longer than a few days we did. But there is not much in walking distance ideal if you like to bike though
What an amazing place and value for money the kids loved it place was clean. Swimming pool great for kids and warm. Half board was brilliant if you weren’t careful with drinks price could add up as they weren’t included in evening meal. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were really clean. comfortable cleaned everyday and coffee restocked. Towels and dressing gown provided for pool side. Shop near by if needed.

Czech RepublicSome members of the staff (at the bar and at the reception) were incredibly unfriendly or incompetent. As it was our first and final impression from the hotel, our resulting feelings are rather mixed.
The hotel is new, very clean, very pleasant pool and sauna area, very children friendly.
