We stayed at upper floor, which involved navigating several flights of stairs. This was inconvenient when carrying bags, thought this was not a big issue for us, but for families or those with heavier luggage, it’s definitely something to consider. On the other hand we had lovely view overseeing the lake, that was a bonus of the high top apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of four! The kitchen was well-equipped with every accessory you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, ensuring restful nights after ski days everyone. The owners have paid attention to every tiny detail. From the cozy décor to the little touches like local guidebooks, a welcome basket, family games, it all made us feel so welcome. The apartment was spotless, and everything was organized to perfection. The owners were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Their communication was excellent, making our check-in and stay completely stress-free. We truly felt like every need was anticipated, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-thought-out place to stay. We hope to return one day!

We had great time in Waldvilla. Peaceful location with great panoramic view from apartment of Lake Ossiach The apartment is spacious and modernly decorated as described. Our hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. Everything was perfect.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights, and everything was just perfect. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets and towels have a nice, fresh scent, which is rare nowadays. Soap and shower gel are provided in the bathroom, and coffee, cream, tea, salt, pepper, and kitchen towels are provided in the kitchen—everything you need for an easy start to your vacation. The kitchen is nicely equipped, with a dishwasher and enough dishes and appliances. The apartment has a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the nature and fresh air, and the view of the lake is fantastic. The hosts were extremely friendly and were always available. Upon our arrival, they gave us all the instructions we needed for a pleasant stay. They make sure their guests feel good and welcome and treat them with small signs of attention upon arrival and departure, which is much appreciated. We stayed in the apartment during the winter, but we believe that it is even nicer in the summer because of the peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature. During the winter, you can ski on the nearby ski slopes. The nearest gondola is a 10-minute drive from the apartment. Free parking is provided next to the apartment and at the ski resort Gerlitzen Alpe. We didn't visit other ski resorts, but they are all reachable from the apartment within a short distance. We will definitely come back to Esther and Paul's apartment, and we'll recommend it to our friends and family. Dear Esther and Paul, Thank you for everything!

We liked everything - the quiet place and its location high above the Osiachersee, almost in the woods and close to a nice waterfall behind the house, comfortable apartments equipped with high sense for interior design, proximity to all kinds of winter sports and last but not least, very nice landlady :)

Esther is a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful! The apartment is cozy and clean, it smells amazing and it’s equipped with everything you need. We had a lake view, perfect for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning.
