Shower and pillows could be better. No tea towel provided in the kitchen. No heat from ducted air conditioning but house was warm enough with heaters provided in each room..

House was spacious and mostly well equipped. The yard was a good size. Quiet location and off street parking was good.

Location is perfect. 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are perfect for two families. Can’t expect more with this price.

Hard to fault but maybe the grass was in need of a little cut and some cop webs were outside. Being a cleaner I noticed these things, But inside the place was very well kept.

The place is spacious and easy to get to being on Fitzroy Street. Was close to town and had all things that we needed to have a good stay at the property. (Cutlery, Plates, Iron, Iron Board, Nice size fringe, etc) Was also great to arrive the first day with the air conditioner on. The air conditioner was excellent which was a great help given the temperatures during our stay were around 30 degrees.

Location was a bit noisy as on a main street. Backyard was a bit messy.

Place was well set out and comfortable. Roomy enough for all of us. Liked having the 2 bathrooms. Could fit both cars in the driveway.

We wanted 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom was a sofa bed with NO linen or bedding. There also needed to be an extra blanket for every bed. 2° overnight is a bit chilly for us Queenslanders! Also needs a block out curtain over window at front door. Some kind of marking to help identify what key goes where would also be very helpful.

Perfect for a overnight stay for 4 friends travelling together. The lounge, kitchen, dining area were great. The 2 bathrooms were also great.

Yard wasn’t maintained, front gate broken, main air conditioner resulted in a burning smell (so it was turned off immediately), front bedroom ceiling fan broken (floor fan provided). House was decent overall, just needing a little TLC.

We loved that there was Netflix so we could chill out after a busy day as a family. The lounge and beds were very comfortable and everyone was able to shower without running out of hot water. Kitchen was well stocked.

Heating could have been more available. There was only one heater for all the bedrooms. The one in the living room and back room didn't work very well for the weather to warm the house enough

besides the oil heaters in each room and using the aircon in the end room for some heating, there was no other way to heat up the room as the ducts as we could find were cooling only and it got abit cold during the night we stayed

The specific issues I encountered were as follows: Water Flow in the Kitchen: The water flow in the kitchen was extremely poor. When I asked the owner about this, he responded, "If it's in the kitchen, it's been like that for a while. We're yet to get a plumber to fix it up." Shower Hot Water Flow: The hot water flow in the shower was inadequate, and it was not possible to use both bathrooms' showers simultaneously. Bathroom Door Lock: The bathroom door did not lock, posing a significant privacy issue. HOW COME IT’S ACCEPTABLE? THE OWNER KNOW ABOVE ALL THE ISSUES BUT HASN’T FIX AND LET THE GUEST SUFFER. First-Aid Kit: The first-aid kit was missing basic supplies like band-aids. The owner's response was, "We just realized that a previous guest decided to take everything without telling us because that would be stealing." This excuse is unacceptable. Fortunately, Thankfully, my injury was minor, but the lack of basic first-aid supplies could have led to a serious incident. The owner should have ensured all necessary items were in place before our arrival. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Cleanliness: We found nails and hair on the bed, indicating very poor housekeeping standards. Inappropriate Behaviour by the Owner: Additionally, the owner called my mobile at 12:38 PM on the 19th of May and used abusive language. This call was on the car's Bluetooth speaker, which had a very negative impact on my children who were present. The owner has to go to school to learn how to speak to guests professionally. It was a completely disrespectful, angry tone and inappropriate language, “F” words are unsuitable.
