Resort was very tired. Room was not that clean. Fridge was very bad... We expected higher quality given the chain and the cost

zero vibe in the restaurant - felt really cheap couldn’t wait to get out however the food was actually quite good The gate to our area was broken so no real security The breakfast was ok, again pretty empty and It was really hot up there with no aircon I remember staying here years ago and being able to have breakfast outside with the beach view was so wonderful however the outside area was closed. Rooms were comfy but needs a renovation Mattress need an update also- could feel the springs

Very dated, had 2 leaks in the bathroom roof and spa roof

Beautiful spot, if they spent the money on the maintenance of the buildings like they do on the gardens it would be a 10 out of 10, day spa on site was wonderful but appears management need to carry out much needed repairs and maintenance on this and the whole resort.

The staff were not overly friendly. The WiFi was not working very well.

The rooms were very 1970 style. They were very dark and vertical blinds are not fashionable. Our outlook was a pathway so everyone could see straight into our room because of the vertical blinds. Those other option was a dark room.

The pool was great. The walk on the beach and around the property were nice.

We stayed in a room with your glass ceilings above the spa bath. Nice idea but let's a lot of light in when you are trying to sleep. If you like your room dark when sleeping try a different type of room.

our accommodation wasn’t clean. We had to purchase cleaning products and clean it ourselves. the floors were not vacuumed. The accommodation was very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. The extra bed provided for our 3rd child was broken which made it very uncomfortable for him to sleep. The Air Conditioning leaked. There was no lock on the upstairs balcony door. The kitchen and bathroom were in very poor condition.

As an individually owned 1 Bdrm condo our room was bare bones in decor and function. There was 1 picture on the wall above the couch and the rest of the walls were bare. The kitchen was minimally functional. Thank goodness I had no intention of cooking in it. The inside of our room was not 'resort like' in any definition of the word.

Beautiful grounds, Stunning Beach, Wonderful Pools. Loved having coffee on our private patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where I had a resident lizard and a grouse turkey to keep me company. The pools were to die for. We were loving the first pool when another couple mentioned the second one. Oh my, it was gorgeous as well.

Service of the staff, I have problem with my mobility, no one there to help, its raining and trolley was hard to push, I got soak in the rain, saw elderly people struggle with their luggage and push the trolley in the rain. Ask for milk and sugar, have to get it at the reception, the only place I stay that I have to walk to reception to get milk and sugar.no saucepan to cook with, only provide 1 tea towel. No bench to sit on outside the garden to admire the rainforest .unaware of security deposit of $200 then told to wait for 3-5 days to put it back in my account if there’s no charge to be made.the hot breakfast was cold.

The place is beautiful.
