The rooms are extremely old and dated and not cleaned properly. The shower curtain was mouldy and did not fit, no toilet roll holder, toilet roll rested on towel rail, floors sticky, carpet dirty, oven dirty,cobwebs everywhere. Could not use the wardrobe because it was filthy inside and behind the tv has never been dusted. The room smelt and was not very inviting, the lighting was very dull and balcony dirty.. The staff were not very helpful , no reciept given no information regarding wifi password or attractions in town etc, there was room allocated parking but all bays were full with visitor cars had to park away from room. Would not recommend. Have taken plenty of photos to support comments but can only upload a few.

Dirty chairs,missing cabinet door, missing shower curtain,very old window fly screens with holes,dirty windows..Very old and tired furniture..Needs upgrade!

The manager was welcoming and informative. Bed sheets were clean

bed was saggy in middle. oven was a little smoky. maybe a cutting board could be included in kitchen utensils.

great location for everything we needed. pretty quiet location. place was relatively clean. please put a cutting board in the room for those that want to cook. Laundry was a good addition to units and well used by patrons.

This room was well past its use by date. From the front door needing to be replaced to the tiny couch in a huge space. Not our first time staying but will likely be our last. Price on bookings.co was different to what i was charged

Who the hell has wooden shelves in a fridge? And surely as it was for 2 people, the mugs, crockery and cutlery could match. A hole in the old tea towel, surely you can do better. 2 air conditioners, neither with original remotes, one we couldn’t turn on and one we couldn’t turn off. A tv in the bedroom, good idea, shame it had no remote for it. And as it was for 2 people, surely a second bedside cupboard is called for?

The place was convenient to where we needed to go, was cheaper than other places.

The apartment needs a renovation specially the bathroom, no water pressure at all. The TV wasn’t working.

Mould on shower curtain, Stained coffee mugs 🤢 Light in bedroom not working, tv no remote. Lounge TV remote also didn't work. Hot water ran out within a couple of minutes.

Beds were comfortable. Was good for what we wanted it for which was literally just a bed for the night. The Grounds Manager was lovely.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and was sticky underfoot, the window in the bedroom was filthy and nearly popped out when opened, the table and chairs out on the veranda hadn't been wiped down as they were black with dirt and dust, bathroom door had no door latch but did have a brick to keep it closed, wardrobe had a door missing in bedroom.

I liked that it was close to the beach and not far to drive into town

Everything else. Blinds were missing from windows, fly screens missing from windows, the flyscreen door didn't move so we could have the door open for breeze. It didn't feel secure at all. It was hot and without fly screens we couldn't let the breeze in. It was a last minute booking for us as a stop from a long journey and I am grateful they had availability but I would never pay $165 for this property again.

Lack of cleanliness-----The room really need a deep complete clean Old slices of pizza under bed-- curtains fifthly when you brushed against them dust all over your clothes---No Towels----- 5 beds--- only, 4 mugs 4 glasses 4 chairs. One double bed on wheels so when you sat on it it moved across the room. The welcome book needs a desperate update. Fire information incorrect. Wrong room located on where you are staying..

Friendly customer service, close to the main road, nearby restaurant, quiet, parking, family friendly, spacious.
