The Showerbath was very slippery a non slip matt should be an option

This has a welcoming foyer and the room was comfortable & well equipped. The location is very good with easy access to trams & proximity to Southbank. We are returning again this month.

Shower was very hit or miss with temp. Dryer didn't work well at all, took hours to dry anything. Freezer didn't really freeze anything -ice cream went soft and leaked which we cleaned up. The building does feel like it needs a revamp, the rooms are looking very tired and need an upgrade.

Location was excellent, great walking distance to most things. Nice to have a balcon with a bit of a view. Lady who checked us in was very friendly. Great price for a week.

In the room need to clean more in the cupboard and the glass was quite dirty need to improve.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested to get the quiet room from outside noise, they also arranged it to me. Even the outside view wasn’t that good but I could sleep well. Location was very comfortable, in front of the hotel has a tram station in free zone area.

Advised that they had given us a room upgrade. Only to find a lot missing like coffee table, foot stool, extra blankets and pillows. That's when we realized we had been given a disability room with wheelchair access.

It's location which is why i have stayed several times.

Filtered our search for accommodation with a pool, wasn’t made aware that the pool wasn’t available to use until we saw the notice in the elevator after check in

Disappointing the swimming pool and spa were closed for maintenance which I was looking forward to relaxing in. No TV in the bedroom. A blanket would have be handy to throw over you whilst watching TV in the loungeroom.

Located about 10 minute walk from Southern Cross Station/ SkyBus terminal so very convenient. Apartment was very spacious and well furnished/ laid out. Full fridge and stove. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Shower over a deep bath.

We like to open blinds but also value our privacy so the proximity to the surrounding apartment blocks was not to our liking. However, it is to be expected in a large city and the curtain arrangement did help a little.

The location suited us as it is close to Southern Cross Station and we were taking Regional day trips out of Melbourne. The apartment was fantastic...modern, clean, spacious, thoughtful amenities and a large, very comfortable bed. The washer/dryer was handy too. The service could not be faulted...very friendly, helpful staff. We definitely recommend the apartments.

The fact that the interconnecting room I had ,had a very large gap under door. Although it was locked, very loud partying from room next door meant I could not sleep. Would have preferred a room that was not like this. Very few kitchen prep items, eg a knife for cutting things. If you provide cooking facilities at least have a few basic kitchen utensils.

Great place, staff member very pleasant at reception. Lovely clean room. Very close to Southern Cross station , Southbank and tram .

The view wasn't great. Could see through to the next building. But this was our first time at the establishment. I also think that was a blessing in disguise because it would of been noisy being a Saturday. Sad that we couldn't use the spa and pool but content with the gym.

They took the full amount months in advance. We went on a cruise February and paid for accommodation on the 4 day road trip on the day we arrived every time. We booked the Brady apartments before the cruise and they took the money immediately. This left a whole in our expenses as we thought we would have to pay mid April. Also the it is very noisy outside (trams ,trains and traffic) It does get quieter by bed time.

Close to Spenser st station,outlets and any number of fast food restaurants.

If you are a light sleeper, don’t stay there because of the trains. I got used to it.

Gods sized room and good facilities for 2 sisters. Great location. Friendly staff.
