Apartment very nice, can’t fault it. Still a 15-20min Uber to everywhere I wanted to go. My fault but on a map seems good location. Still plenty of Ubers in the neighbourhood, never waited long. Metro Woolworths & BWS nearby

Couch was way too low and uncomfortable, very tiny lounge but ok for a couple of nights. Kitchen cupboards way too high for anyone shorter than 5’6” .

Okay place to stay, 2 king beds were comfy.

There are no bedside lights. Awkward for getting around the bedroom or to bathroom etc at night. Would be great to have the option to stay for one night but that doesn’t seem to be available.

It’s a great location. The parking works really well. Friendly staff. Clean. Just great place to stay.

Very infuriating not to have bedside lamps. You can't read in bed without the main glaring bedroom light and then you have to get out of bed to turn out the light and try to find your way to the bed in darkness. Very annoying and probably would not return because of this.

Fairly spacious. Usual facilities. It was clean and quiet. Nice bathroom.

No aircon/ heating unit in the bedrooms. They got pretty hot. Apartment had doors onto a very empty terrace, which was quite sun blasted- had to keep the blinds down in the apartment

Self contained apartment with 2 beds, 1 ensuite, comfortable and clean. Nice bathrooms, good shower. Good location (so long as being in Brunswick is what you want) with the amazing A1 Bakery very near as well as other shops. Easy for the tram, walkable (but quite a long walk) to Carlton, Fitzroy. Staff at check in seemed nice- that was really the only time we saw them as no-one seemed to be around when we left.

No decent coffee - not even a plunger for if we brought our own. A thick doona on the bed in the middle of summer. One single blanket (it was a King bed) as the only other option. They did bring us another blanket next day, so that was good.

Breakfast n/a. Well equipped, clean, comfortable and handy location. Loved the big bottles of shampoo on the wall, instead of those wasteful little ones.

The only thing that could have been better was the fact that the rooms weren't soundproofed. You could hear everything that other people were doing in their own apartments or outside of ours.

Really appreciated how beautiful and well put together the apartment was. We had a 20 minute travel time to and from the city on the tram which was really very good. There was also a lot of free parking around the apartment along Albion street. The walls were fairly thin and it was easy to hear what people were doing in and outside of their own apartments, but other than this, Artel apartments were brilliant. Would definitely stay there again.

The surrounding location is a bit on the run-down side, seemed to be an awful lot of closed-down businesses around. Beds were very stiff and not incredibly comfortable. There was only a 2-seater couch in a room that slept 4 people. Only 1 TV for the 2 bedroom unit. Only one air conditioning unit in the living area, so if you closed your bedroom door at night you had no cool air whatsoever. They provide you with an oven, but no utensils to be used with it (tongs, etc).

The room was clean and the staff were easy to deal with. WiFi signal was excellent in the room.
