AustraliaOn the more expensive side for the Belconen area. Minimal, although sufficient kitchen equipment - for the longer stay would appreciate ice trays,, bottle/can opener, colander/strainer but these are minor issues.
The owner were easy to contact and very helpful. There was a bus stop outside the property with a good, regular service to Belconen (in one direction) and Dickson in the other. As a corner unit, there was good airflow. There was a small, but sufficient IGA 5 minutes walk from the property. The unit was comfortable and clean.

AustraliaThe only issue - and small ones at that - were that the heater was set to a certain temperature and couldn't be changed. It was still comfortable, and i believe they are getting someone in to fix it. It also wasn't made clear that the garbage disposal is in a locked room. I had already left the keys indoors prior to taking the garbage out as I was not aware. I then had to take the garbage with me.
The apartment was very comfortable, and the responsiveness to messages was great. The apartment had everything I needed to enjoy my stay, including kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials. It was perfect for my needs and exceeded expectations.

Australiait was hard to check in. double guaranteeing the conditions of occupancy even though I’m a Top bookings. com client over many years, it had a plastic under sheet like I was a baby. it was hard to checkout, no way to get your car out of the basement, I had to move my car out into the street, then, take the key to the flat back and put it of the kitchen bench.

AustraliaOur only disappointment was the bed in particular the bedding. Queen size bed was fitted with a ripped plastic protector over which a flat sheet was laid. The sheet however was to small and couldn't be tucked in. No top sheet just a Doona which we assumed was fresh but couldn't be sure. Whilst this may be a common way to configure the bedding it was, for us, a lttle off putting.
Very clean and well stocked for cooking when needed. Plenty of detergents Etc for washing up and laundry. Big balcony so you didn't feel closed in.
