It didn't have dish washing detergent to wash dishes and a cloth to clean benches and stove top. No tea towel either to dry things with.

The location, it was close to alot of things, walking distance to some places.

The toilet seat was broken, the towel rack isn’t overly useable, the microwave probably needs an upgrade and the salt lamp wasn’t working. Not major things but would be make the place a perfect 10.

The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The blinds to block out the sun are a good idea for privacy too.

The bed was not very comfortable. Mostly clean but could have done with some more detail. Kitchen ware needs updating.

The location is brilliant comfortable walk to broadbeach oasis mall. The view from 1 bedroom apartment 12th floor was amazing. It wasnt warm enough to swim in outdoor pool so indoor pool spa and sauna was great.

Our room we found to be dirty, sand appeared on couches constantly. We took cushions off hoping it would help. Floors weren't the cleanest, nor were bathrooms. We would have liked more bedding as we just had a sheet and a throw on the beds, so in cool nights it wasn't enough. Bathroom toilet leaked in last night and there were no emergency numbers for that type of emergency on the phone app or in any information provided. So I sent an email as it was the only way I could advise anyone at that time of night. Has block out blinds so when you get the sun glare during day, you can only block it by closing the blinds, hence blocking your view. There was also no toilet brushes for toilets, face washers for bathrooms, only 1 bin liner in each bin. It's the small things that make it enjoyable. Possibly the owners of Room 43 need to put a bit more into their room. As I had a peek into another room and it was alot more equipped than our room. Such as, extra bedding, storage for clothes. However they had more than enough items in the kitchen, has to be one of the best stocked kitchens, utensil wise, I've seen. Laundry was also well equipped and had cleaning items. I would stay in the building again but would request a different room.

The facilities and location are great 👍also the view we had from our room was amazing, ocean view we could see surfers 🏄‍♀️ daily and dolphins occasionally. Easy access in and out building.

instructions to use the tv, a clock that worked, batteries were dead, water jugs for the fridge, tea and coffee facilities, that were scarce and dry and old. paper towel in the kitchen and each bathroom should have at least 2 rolls of toilet paper. the main bedroom didn't have additional blankets

Room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The view was magnificent. Apartments are close to everything and I had a lovely stay.

No extras in the room eg. bin liners, toilet paper etc.. These were available from reception however. There was rubbish left at the chute on our level for days (not the hotel's fault but they should check for cleanliness). Minor complaints though.

Fantastic location across the road from the beach and with great views. Minutes to restaurants, cafes, Pacific Fair and Surfers.
