Nothing really kids said pool too cold but that’s not really an issue. Indoor pool was a bit cool but still went swimming.

Apartment needs either a vacuum or a broom to be able to clean the floors especially with kids. Blinds also need replacing in the two front bedrooms.

We were in the heart of everything, we had views of the river ways being us and a balcony overlooking the beach

Someone was in our car park when we arrived which was annoying but we got it sorted with the after hours number and on-site security. Air con in ensuite room times out in the middle of the night and got very hot (we had to open the door to get air con in, in the middle of the night). Batteries were flat for main tv control so we had to swap them with spare room control batteries. We got a noise complaint from next door at 8pm, and all we were doing was talking and laughing on the balcony which was annoying.

A beautiful apartment, enough room for all of us, great utensils, enough towels and comfortable beds. The size of the tv was amazing as well. The views were stunning from both ends of the apartment. The location is awesome with a Woolies right underneath and close to Surfers. The indoor pool and sauna was amazing. We had great communication with GCLR, everything was clear about how to get the keys, check in and check out.

upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach by the dining table, on that same night we realised that the balcony light didn’t work. There was also a leak in the laundry which caused a puddle of water to form out in the corridor (so we turned it off). I found that the ensuite ventilation fan didn’t work but not sure if there was a switch for it. Blinds in second bedroom and third blind by front door were broken and unusable throughout our stay. Tv remotes for both tv’s were a little difficult to use as one of the sets of batteries had died. The closure of the main outdoor pool at the time of our stay was a little bit of a letdown however we still enjoyed the other pools and leisure facilities.

Location was amazing as it was in the centre of everything, The view of the ocean in the morning was incredible. The receptionist that called to let us know about our stay was super lovely and helped a lot.

The sliding door to the bathroom looked like it had come off its tracks so we were unable to close that door which was frustrating at times. Other than that, the place was well maintained.

Great location - close proximity from the tram. Easy walk to the beach and there is a good store complex with a pharmacy and Woolworths underneath the complex

Alot of dust found on windows, window sills and blinds. A couple of pillow cases were dirty so we had to wash before using. We didn't use the oven which is good for us because it could do with a good clean.

Awesome location and amazing views! Comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Supermarket downstairs makes it so convenient.
