We were excited about the pump track that’s advertised but wasn’t much there were big holes everywhere and looked like it was made once and let go kids were disappointed ☹️

Didn't love the toilet paper and wish there were tissues. But other then that our stay was awsome.

My kids really loved that you had bunk beds. They were very excited. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our few days at cool waters. We will be back :)

The cabin we stayed in was a deluxe cabin but felt like a basic which was disappointing for the price. The floors have not had a good scrub, the blinds had cords hanging which was a massive safety issue for us having small children, the blind in main bedroom was missing half of the vertical blinds and we had to put blankets up to block the sun as it hit straight in that room early mornings - overall we had a great family holiday and the pool and balloon was a massive hit but was glad to leave the cabin.

The park is beautiful and clean - pool is a fantastic temp and very peaceful.

There’s a sewage smell that was very strong outside our room, we had to keep the doors and windows closed to keep the smell out.

Good facilities, rooms were comfortable. Loved the wildlife around the place.

The airconditioner needs some attention in our villa. It shook so violently it was as though it was going to fall off the wall. The vent in the bathroom wasn't much better. We did report what was a venomous snake that was in our front garden to the office - only to be told "They are around all the time". We understand that, but with little people cruising around, it really is imperative that these snakes are looked after and moved to a location where they won't be frightened and bite someone out of fear. We didn't like that sometimes we went looking for the holiday activity and couldn't find it. My mother looked all over the park to find the fish and chips and struggled as the location on the text didn't match anything on the map. From memory it said "Main dining area" - does that mean near the fire pit? Or in the main hall part? or at the BBQs near the pool?

We loved the water park, playgrounds and pools. The jumping pillow was fantastic, having toddler time was a good idea as often it's taken over by big kids. Loved the school holiday activities and the text notifications to remind me when I lost track of time etc. The villa is such a great size when travelling with several children. Having the outdoor decks are a lovely option also. Last time we stayed we didn't have a back deck, so that was nice to have. The food vans were a lovely option to have, we all enjoyed an icecream.

Property had amazing communication, with texts daily on what was happening at the park, and any food trucks available for dinner. The kids loved the bouncing pillow and the water park was fab. A really great facility for families.

The bed thats another story.....it was like putting a sheet of plastic on a pool and trying to sleep on it your arse sinks to the bottom and your head and legs stay on top. By 4am l was done it was more comfortable on the floor.

Lack of a decent foot mat outside and nothing inside the cabin. Had to take shoes off outside so as not to tramp mud into cabin

It was a bit dated in my cabin and one pool wasn't accessible. The advertisement said free chocolate in cabin. None. Said there was TV. Didn't work. Otherwise we had all that was said to be included. More information of the surrounds would be nice. I was not aware we were waterfront of the causeway.

I enjoyed the whole place. Safe, comfy, quiet. Didn't stay long enough. The lady at the desk was flexible with the pedal cars and the staff text you to tell you of events happening or coffee vans arriving. Ice cream truck visited after lunch and there was a hot rod camp out, so a exclusive show and shine. It was a blessing.
