Docklands Location was great with a tram stop right out the front which is free to travel on in inner city. Apartment felt very secure and was quiet. Plenty of space inside with comfy beds. Staff were friendly. The view from our apartment was amazing looking over the docklands

Nothing, literally nothing!

The property is in a great location, with access to so many attractions. The free tram out the front is so convenient, but we also found walking just as convenient to what we were interested in visiting.

Beds were quite uncomfortable.

Location was great, trams right out the front, instructions for everything were very clear, all the facilities you could need in the room. fridge, oven microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. Spacious rooms. Extra tissues, toilet paper, soap etc.

Great location and excellent service. Really helpful and proactive communication from the property managers. Having the trams right outside made it so easy to get around. We enjoyed being by the docks where its a bit more quiet and nice to walk around the water, but Docklands still had plenty of food places so we enjoyed being a little bit out from the immediate CBD.

The only issue I had was the blinds, but no motel/apartment I have ever stayed has good blackout blinds. The last apartment we were in did not have block out blinds at all just mesh ones. But that is more my issue cause I love a dark room to sleep in so I just wore my sleep mask.

A slight issue with our original room, we were immediately moved to another room which was quite an upgrade from our original room. Staff were amazing, view was brilliant, bed was comfortable and we could not have asked for a better location. Plenty of restaurants close by. Woolworths just a short walk away. Tram basically outside the door. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Store was kind a far from accommodation. And kitchen hood made noise all the time, it was a little bit open, but closed it made much louder noise. Needs to be fixed, because not good for sleeping. Also requirement to clean after yourself and take out the rubbish was weird as it is Booking not AirBnb, otherwise money will be taken from card. And I could not find big rubbish bin.

I liked the design, bed, provided equipment for kitchen. Accommodation was close to public transport. Also quality of provided shampoo, conditioner was good.

The fridge froze some items solid, the property is a little tired and whilst clean - it would benefit from a thorough cleaning operation.

Best customer service! Nothing is too much trouble and staff went above and beyond to make life easier throughout entire stay. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, affordable and fantastic location for access to Marvel Stadium. Highly recommend.

Not much open around Docklands on the weekend, though only a short tram ride away from the rest of the city. The bed was a little small and hard and no balcony.

It was located near Marvel Stadium, hence is super convenient when watching a concert. Also the free tram stop is right at the door front. The kitchen area and washer & dryer also made it easy to prep breakfast before heading out and to have a load of laundry done.

Location was off to the side of the city, but there was a free tram stop right out the front. If you were going to Marvel Stadium it would be the perfect place. Bed was comfy, room was clean and large, the kitchen facilities were great.
