The WIFI was hit and miss, the kitchen clock doesn't work and the fan in the oven sounds like a train (Unit 152). :)

Had all the comforts we needed and the pool area was great.

Beautiful gardens, amazing pools. Good size modern apartments. Very short walk to the beach. Tennis court just down the road. Lovey helpful staff in reception. I recommend this place and would come back again.

Toilet in Main bathroom was dirty on checkin. Security screen doors didn’t lock properly so couldn’t leave glass doors open for airflow. No aircon in bedrooms. Tv’s and WiFi didn’t work on second night so couldn’t watch tv or so any work at all on second night. Discovered a Cockroach running around en-suite in the middle of the night.

Apartment was abit outdated and dirty in some places. Dirty skirting edges, few holes in couch. One bathroom was very old - falling apart.

No toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were supplied and no tissues either. Although this is an apartment rather than a motel, the first night's necessities is always a nice touch.

Excellent location with direct access to Miami Beach via a private pathway. Close enough to Burleigh restaurants and nightlife, with the bonus of Miami Beach being far enough away from all the Burleigh crowds. Pool areas were spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained with BBQ and catering facilities.

People smoking when the sign say that they shouldn’t smoke, and a little bit of this behaviour I’m young adults in the pool areas

it is nearly impossible to park on the street outside the resort and you get originally one car spot in the carpark garage. But we were lucky to get a car space for our second car as it was not peak season

what a great place. 2 pools of which one is heated. the resort looks tropical and is fantastic. We've had a 3 bedroom apartment which was newly renovated with everything in a kitchen to cook for a family. Location is great, one street off the Pacific Hwy with shops close by. The beach is just opposite the resort just walking out the back gate. It was our 3rd stay (first 3 nights, then 11 nights and now 16 nights) at the resort and we will definitely go there again. The manager Nelson was friendly and helpful as every time and other staff lovely. We (6 people) drove in 2 cars and you can get only one car space but Nelson organised a second space for us (it is nearly impossible to park on the street outside the resort

It would be helpful to know for future stayers if the needed cleaning products like washing up detergent or dishwasher capsules to laundry detergent, etc. We didn't know where to leave the bedding or towels.

The front staff ladies, along with Nelson and Al assisting us and made it a very pleasurable stay. No issue was too hard and accommodated us with a smile on their faces. Their customer service was top notch, from checking the hot water system and ceiling fan to a late checkout and parking. Nothing was an issue. We believe the apartment was left tidy. Thanks for everything, GFBR. We will be back

Only a small thing but probably the norm for holiday accommodation, fitted bed sheets would make it more comfortable and less messy when trying to make bed. But all the rest was great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular Nelson was great nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect close to beach, coffee shops and cafes. The Miami Marketta is a must. The heated lagoon pool was fantastic plenty of sun lounges and outdoor tables and chairs. Magnificent gardens and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus also. The apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony. I would highly recommend Grande Florida 😍👍

Heated pool, rainforest gardens, resort style of the bulidings, ensuite 2 bathroom family apartments, modern facilities, great location with walk to Miami bea h, sun soaked balcony, laundry dishwasher, well stocked cupboards, books to read, great for families, we loved everything about it. Will definitely be back and recommend it to family and friends 🧡

Stay at 3rd Floor without lift/elevator. Dirty room, broken windows, dusty , dryer machine not working, very loud noises from water instalation. The staffs only available from 8 am until 5 pm. Outside that hours, very hard to contact them.

Our appartments was pretty dirty and just generally needed an update. Dishwasher didn’t work, hot water ran out, beds uncomfortable, doors didn’t lock very well. The rooms have everything you need (washer dryer etc) but desperately needs a deep clean and an update. There was built up scum/dust in the showers/on floors/on surfaces/in the fridge etc.

The facilities and location are fantastic. Two huge pools (one heated), a sauna, games room, bbqs—right near the beach too and close to everything. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Everything was EXCELLENT. The pool was inviting for all ages and abilities, Walking to the beach, very easy, go through the oasis garden, open the gate and you were there. The beach was beautiful and the location of the property, not far from any shops. The hire car was safe in an undercover parking.

Everything was perfect. Grandchildren loved the heated pool. The location is very handy to supermarkets, bus stop, and very close to the beach.
