I have stayed at 11 different hotels in Australia on this journey, and out of those this has been my favorite so far. It's classy and clean with very professional staff, yet it has that "homey" feeling. And even though it's right where there's a lot of traffic, once you're inside you don't hear anything but silence. The detail that I loved the most, that most hotels miss out on was this: A magnifying mirror in the bathroom and good light! I appreciate that so much. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi was fast and steady, the shower was big (two showers, a waterfall type of shower and a regular) the AC was easy to operate, plenty of TV channels, a modern clock with two USB chargers on the bedside (if only ALL hotels had this!) two bottles of cold water in the fridge and some small goodies, fruit and biscuits available for free in the little kitchen by the front desk... One morning I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew what the weather was like today. He actually got up and went outside to find out for me! How is THAT for great service! I loved this place. Every city needs its own little Mrs Banks Hotel.

The swipe access to the hotel is a bit redundant at tines when there is a receptionist desk that is manned.

Location to Oxford st, Paddington. The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy and modern.

No window in the room. There were glass bricks but no window. There was a frosted window in the bathroom but perhaps it was because it was wheelchair friendly room

It is a lovely boutique hotel, with very nicely decorated rooms which are very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is in a great location with lots of pubs and cafes and boutiques for shopping in the same street. It’s walking distance to the SCG, Hordern Pavilion etc and a short bus ride to the CBD and Bondi.

Check in wasn’t great. We were asked to take a seat as only 1 staff member was checking groups in, then another staff member asked our booking and then came back with a key card. No info given on facilities or breakfast etc. Mattress was very soft, but that’s a bad thing as you need some support.

Fantastic location for Allianz Stadium.

Room was comfortable but smaller than expected. The window was glass bricks and the blind didn't fully cover the area so let in some light.

Front of house was helpful and friendly, great location, nice little coffee area in foyer to help yourself. Liked the movement activated night light in the bathroom. Great hot water & shower pressure. Managed to get free parking just outside over the weekend.

I would suggest doing a quick check of the carpets and doing a more thorough vacuum as I noticed some crumbs but that’s it. We also had a small issue of our room keys being also given to another guest but that was resolved quite quickly and with grace, thank you to Dylan for giving us a personal apology.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, I usually do a quick check of all the essential areas and it was pristine. I quite liked the water refill station that helped us save on buying bottled water, very convenient! Overall the rooms was super comfortable.

The only thing that bothered me were the lack of power sockets in the room - none near the writing desk, none in the bathroom. There only seemed to be one socket (right next to the bed) that wasn't already occupied by a light or a clock or an appliance.

The staff were brilliant, the facilities were clean, light and cute, checking in and out was an ease, the front refreshment area was great.

The room was small but very nice. We didn't get a view but it didn't matter too much considering it was going to be of oxford street.

The staff members were so nice and kind. They offered free refreshments and free water refills. I really enjoyed it there and would definitely stay again!

We took rooms up the top(4th) floor cause we thought there might be a better view. But to our surprise the window was glazed and although it let lots of light in you cannot see anything outside. But as we weren’t there for long we didn’t mind too much. Unfortunately too when the concert finished it was around 11:30 pm and hardly any eateries or restaurants were open in the area around the hotel to get something to eat. We had to go to bed hungry.

Best location when it comes to seeing a show/concert at Allianz Stadium. Only a 5 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking for the weekend was not too bad as you had to park on the streets.
