The room could do with updating, the curtain linings were torn, bathroom and kitchen very old. The room was clean, but a little extra attention to detail would have been good, i.e. pans not properly washed, fridge clean, but ice box completely iced over.

Brilliant location, short walk into central Sydney, Harbour, Botanical Gardens, Art Gallery and Library. Very quiet and felt completely safe.

The issues that occurred during our stay were not the fault of the staff (a power cut, one lift out of action, and a cockroach in the bathroom - which I only saw once and everything looked clean otherwise). The property itself was great for the price. The only drawback was it was quite a distance to the nearest grocery shop, so getting stocked up on our first day meant carrying heavy bags of shopping quite a way.

The location was great, just a walk or bus ride to the harbour or into the city. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable with a great view!

The property is not Wheelchair and/or pram accessible to entre into. However, property has got lifts inside the building. Reception and staff is only approachable during business hours. Kitchen item were very limited specially plates and cups, would have appreciated a bit more

The property is located in quiet place away from city noise and as well 5-7 mins drive to city CBD and 20mins walk to Botanical Garden and Sydney Opera House. The room was spacious enough with lots of cupboard space for a family with young kids.

I thought the room and bathroom looked worn - everything was very functional but my expectation was for a higher standard of presentation given the price. The tv had a problem with receiving some channels properly.

The location and staff were lovely. I loved the framed art posters in the room and the toiletries were good quality. The room was also bigger than i expected and the soundproofing was amazing! Parking was secure and easy to access. The hotel was in a really historically interesting location and a short walk to the AGNSW.

Car parking is limited to little cars under 1.9m. Couldn't fit our vehicle so we had to find on street parking which is difficult. Ceiling vent in bathroom was falling apart. Some curtain clips were missing letting in external light. Only had 1 plate in the room - not being checked by cleaners / hotel staff. Window architrave was cracking and falling apart. No ceiling fans in the room.

Location was excellent. Travel to public transport was easy.

Room had a raised area where king bed was. Had to traverse this to get to kitchen, eating area and balcony. Also to get to bathroom. Annoying and initially dangerous ( only one edge was taped).

Location was very good. We wanted somewhere close to NSW art gallery and this was less than 10 mins walk. Check in after hours was straightforward and staff happily and easily stored our bag for a few hours.

A great location. The room is a little dated - but we didn’t care (spent most of our time out and about in Sydney with a group of 6 friends). Staff were friendly and welcoming. A relatively short walk to the Opera House and Circular Quay. Some great bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Would stay again.

The room is big, it is clean as well, there is space for a one year old kid to move around. Washer and dryer in the unit which are convenient for us. Location is good, located at a quiet area and not too far from the botanic garden and the Opera House, able to visit the places by walk.

The tiling around the bath shower had a missing chunk, the lighting was poor, and the matresses were not comfortable (but still able to sleep well). They admitted to not having sufficient cleaning staff to have my room ready even though they were booked out for the weekend.

The location was great for a concert at The Domain, customer service was friendly, honest and timely. The room fit our needs as a home base.

Reception counter closes at 5:30pm and they don't clean your rooms daily. Do request for washing machine and dryer if you need them as overheard at the reception that not all rooms are equipped with them.

Near bus stop which links to all other modes of transportation to tourist attractions. A few minutes walk to the nearest train station (King Cross Station). Room was spacious with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. General great for family stays.
