Pool and spa area needs renovation and the Spa button did not give ample time in the spa only 2 minutes in spa when all other properties I have stayed at was minimum of 10 mins

We were there for a week and 1 of the lifts were not working. With there being 28 floors it made it very time consuming for all these people using 1 lift including the staff.

Air Conditioner was very loud, couldn't have it on to sleep > advised reception of issue. One of the Lifts wasn't working, which became an issue especially in the morning, had to wait 3 lift cycles to get in lift that was working. This was an issue; the property is aware of the issue and said it is taking a lot of time to fix. i got the feeling they get hammered every day about this issue.

Coffee machine was broken, dishwasher broken and had a sign on it. The dryer was dirty around the door and made a dreadful noise.

Your question asks what we thought of breakfast but We were not offered breakfast? Were we supposed to get breakfast? The bed was great and the pillows too. Main bedroom was quite big.

Booked for 4. Requested 1 king and 2 single beds. Got 2 kings so had to get one bed split after arrival. Wasn't super impressed with kitchen supplies. Pls provide at least 2 coffee sachets per person and 2 tiny milks per coffee

We are 5 people family, only 3 devices can connect Wifi. No reception in one of the bedrooms.

The microwave was placed on a shelf which is far too high for safety. I am reasonable height and could just manage it. to be getting anything hot in or out could have drastic consequences. It would be nice to have two chairs, very odd one person has to sit on the bed all the time. Pillows were very big and heavy, perhaps one of normal weight and size,as well, would help. No iron.

the room was nice, big ,comfortable bed, microwave,stove top, fridge, appliances,crockery etc. The location was quite good. Need to be able to walk reasonably well if relying on public transport, but Lite rail,trains etc., are in reachable means.

The light in the common foyer only turned off if both main room doors were closed. Which isn't ideal if you're wanting to keep an ear out for smaller children in the 2nd room. The pool room needs some work done as the was quite noticeable damage to the ceiling. TV in the main bedroom is really small. The WiFi was a little difficult to get onto. I don't recall there being a CD or DVD player which are listed as included. We were told there was no daily housekeeping, even though this is listed as included. (not an issue for a 2 night stay). One of the lifts were out of action due to refurbishment.

Check-in went smoothly. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was an "A" and "B" room with common lockable foyer. The rooms were generous in size, and well appointed. Kitchen in the "A" room was a great size, and had everything you'd need for a longer stay if you wanted to cater for yourself. The "B" room had a small kitchenette, with microwave and 2 hotplates, which would be more then enough if you weren't planning on doing a lot of cooking, but still fine for smaller meals for 1 or 2, like some bacon & eggs in the morning. The bathroom was large. The beds comfortable. The swimming pool & spa were fine. I'd certainly stay here again.

The TV didn't work for the entire week despite attempts,the facility should invest in a cloths drier as a common facility,when guests stay for a week atleast one service to be provided

The lift is a huge problem. On many occasions we waited for 10-15 minutes, this happened every day. On the day we arrived at 2pm check-in, someone was moving out, the lift would open and it was full with a lounge and a fridge, this continued as it went up and down with furniture . By the time we had a space in the lift the line of people had reached the front of the apartment block. I believe this is not good enough when paying these prices. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

A very spacious apartment, super clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and so accommodating when checking us in. This apartment is in a great location and having a kitchen meant we could cook at home when we felt like staying in.

Noise

Staff are always lovely.lift was a nightmare ( waited 45 minutes in p2 to get upstairs) Noise was appalling on level 12 ,woken at 7.00am to jack hammering, work continued for the duration of our stay.was given $15 a day off cost of parking. Last stay was worse with issues with lift ,water etc ,not sure if we'll be back

The building needs a lot of maintenance and looks run down, but that didn't affect our stay.

Excellent location, and the rooms are really clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, so much room, and the 2 bathrooms were a massive bonus.
