Excellent location, very clean, comfy beds, parking a bonus

Provisions of kitchenware was very basic. There were only 2 coffee mugs which was crazy. Additionally there were 4 small tea cups. not enough dishes to even use the dishwasher as had to wash and dry everything straight away to use again. No lamp in second bedroom - so it was either very bright or pitch black (no windows). TV streaming was patchy and would freeze regularly so had to turn it off. Couldn't get free to air channels either.

The property was clean and in a great location - close to great cafes etc. Hosts were friendly and helpful when dealing with a problem with the remote control for garage. Beds were comfortable. Linen was clean. Air conditioning warmed up the apartment nicely.

The oven and induction cooktop doesn’t work. We tried many times and even watched YouTube video to try to follow instructions but just couldn’t use it. We had a delayed check in due to cleaning issues was 4:30pm instead of 3pm. So that caused us to settle in to the apartment later than we intended.

The location was perfect we came with our bikes to ride around the lake and visit the amazing War Memorial. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable beds, so we slept soundly. It’s also very warm inside retains the heat very well as we stayed in June. There are cafes downstairs and the car parking was under the building with lifts so easy to access. Very generous balcony area. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Great location very quiet even though its on a busy street. Spacious well equipped kitchen with large private balcony to relax on. Comfy beds wish we had stayed longer! would definitely stay again. Self check in instructions detailed and accurate made it very easy and friendly management only a phone call away.

Everything was great! Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, tastefully styled, an oasis of calm with thoughtfulness to all the things you might need. Beds are on the softer side but we found them very comfortable. Self check-in and out is so easy with clear instructions and convenient, dedicated parking. Can't beat the location, walking distance to lots of great options for food and drink. This place will make you feel like a local :)

Instructions on how to get keys a bit long and not in sequence in my opinion. As all the keys are attached once collected from the lock box the next instructions should be to secure your car into the parking location so as to get off the street due to road works in front of the premises and then go to the apartment rather than go to the apartment first, which doesn't seem to have a purpose in that sequence. This is just a minor observation.

Great location, extremely close to restaurants and easy walking distance to the main shopping area. If you have a car everything is within close driving distance.

Location was excellent - close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. Apartment was very stylish and the balcony would be great to dine alfresco. Wish we were staying for more than just one night.

Great location on Lonsdale St, with an easy walk to everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Perfect overnight stop on a road trip.
