If I had to fault it, it would be the couch. Not comfortable to sit on for longer that 10 minutes.

bathroom was well below standard- basin tap not secure and wobbled excessively, shower door squeaked loudly on opening/ closing and there was nowhere to hang towels. Bedroom blinds were not definitely not acceptable didn’t provide privacy or block out the light and lounge had no cushions of throw to make it more comfortable. Balcony had rusting clothes dryer. This apartment was definitely not worth the cost. everything seemed to be budget quality and very disappointing for the price compared to other options that were comparable in cost.Even the directions to the apartment and room were poor as we arrived late and required us to call the property manager. Proper signage required and not an unreasonable expectation. Apartment costs should reflect the condition of each apartment as other apartments we looked at while cleaning was happening and doors were open were far more luxurious.

10am check out was extremely early - should be 11am you could really hear the noise of others in the above and below apartments- hear the people walking on the floorboards balconies of neighbours very close by so you could hear each others conversations kitchen leanly stocked with the basics - no scissors etc main bathroom only had a shower over bath and the shower trickled so slow toilet was only in the ensuite bedroom so awkward at night when needing to go and not wanting to disturb another couple

Would be great if we have access to the pool and sauna from the reception apartment building.

The location was great! Walking distance to shops and beach. We didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. The apartment was spacious and the design was thoughtful with high quality materials. We will be back for sure!

Bathroom was very dirty, given the current climate I would think there would be extra vigilance around this. We checked-in later in the evening so couldn't get it attended to. By the time we were able to speak to someone we were getting ready to check out.

property didn’t feel clean and needed some general maintenance. blinds were damaged and couldn’t be closed, rusted dryer on the balcony…if so was paying $200 per night I’d feel it was better value for money…but at over $400 per night, it wasn’t up to standard.

There was only 1 couch for 4 people to sit on, 1 toilet for a 3bdr apt that was part of the ensuite. no hooks or towel rails to hang towels up in either bathrooms, the basin in the ensuite was far too big for the bench and the tap you could hardly fit your hands under to wash hands. Terrible water pressure in ensuite shower. The noise from the room above was like a herd of elephants dancing around. No 2nd TV in main bedroom for parents to escape too. Unable to use netflix function on TV.

The location was fantastic, it was very clean, beds comfy.
