No wi-fi available. No milk. No toilet paper in ensuite bathroom. Balcony door was hard to close. Table very big for small dining space.

Parking was an additional $20, which is cheaper than most. Check-in was easy. The main bathroom had a foul odour and pooled water sitting in the drain. The carpets and some of the furniture was stained, but that didn't bother us. It was ok for what we paid.

Apartment could do with a decent clean - it was tired and needed an update eg not one fan was working, the loo seat was literally unhinged and there were exposed fittings eg light

The "hotel" is in desperate need of a maintenance man. Door handles loose, toilet roll holders loose, patches in doors. There was no replacement bin bags or plug for the sink to do dishes. There was no hairdryer, we had to ring reception after hours to get one sorted. There was barely anyone at reception the entire time either, and had to wait constantly for someone to arrive to help us.

Location was great. Room was a good size for a family of 4.

It was very worn down, which I did not mind because you get what you pay for, but the room was very dirty. It had a basic clean and I almost asked for my money back.

You pay for what you get. The price was great. The view was excellent. Was promised parking which was great. The room was big.

The cleaner missed entirely the balcony, was still some rubbish from previous customers, but apart from that, we had a wonderful time and I will happily rent it again.

All though clean & tidy, the room needs to be more maintained. The aircon unit that sat on the balcony rattled so loud that you had to turn it off to sit out on the balcony. The aircon unit also leaked all over the balcony tiles when turned on.

Generally a bit run down - the carpets outside the lift on our floor were very stained and grubby. Reception closes at 3pm and is only open weekdays.

There was a luck of glassware. Old appliances. Washing machine didn't work. Gas stove couldn't be electrically ignited. Basin's drainage was blocked. TV in the lounge couldn't be remotely control as the remote was a different TV brand.

Very grotty and old. Dusty skirting boards and power points. Filthy laundry. Old stained carpet. All dining chairs were half broken and unsafe. Cheap old appliances. Hot humid smelly and dirty corridors. Windows dont close and lock properly. Dirty and cluttered and cramped car park.

Had to wait outside for 30 minutes despite reception staff don't finish until 3 pm so I was an hour early. We couldn't find this imaginary gym or pool or BBq area. Level 2 is a car park and more rooms The corridors smelt of Asian cooking. The beds and towels had long thick black hairs on. No apology or any follow up despite me letting them know this at the time. A lack of response to booking.com emails with important questilns. If you can find somewhere else, book that instead! The shower is also weak and smells.
