The room was a bit small but I’d probably say good enough. The do not disturb tag was counter intuitive with the red colour meaning “make up the room”. You’d think it would be the opposite, as we learned one morning. There wasn’t a price list that I found for the minibar. Maybe it was somewhere (online?) but having it at the physical location is all but expected. On checkout it was a bit disorganised with more of a blob than a proper queue.

The menu for breakfast was Asian inspired which limited my choice as even though I love Asian food, I can't stomach it for breakfast.

Comfortable, clean and central. Yummy breakfasts and $10 per day to spend on the mini bar was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lifts were a bit slow at times but that was only a minor problem.

Excellent location and facilities, really comfortable room and showers. Check in was busy but we did stay during the Taylor Swiftathon and so staff managed that well.

No robes for the pool and we ask staff to bring us some . We was told that we get them in our room. But we never got them Also it was a long wait for breakfast, about 40 minutes.

Free bottled water in the rooms would be nice, as is common for other hotels. Included breakfast used to include the nicer coffee menu, now only includes coffee machine.

One of our Celestial suites had a bathtub which was a nice surprise. Easy to get to from all major locations. Kevin Murphy amenities are a nice touch. Rooms are always clean and staff are nice.

It is a well run Asian style hotel, minimalist and colourful in style. It is located at the southern end of Melbourne CBD, convenient to park at Crisn and close to trams. It includes a very good breakfast in the price.
