Clean place, quiet neighbourhood

The entry codes for the front door and room are a bit fiddly to enter. Car parking is limited if you have a car.

Set in a quiet corner of Launceston , within walking distance of most of the attractions in the central city. Modern clean room set inside an old terrace building. Comfortable Bed, adequate climate control, and large clean bathroom. Continental Breakfast available. Building has secure entrance.

The shower in room 7 had no screens so the water spread across the floor all the way to the toilet and out towards the vanity

The Resident lady housekeeper was chinese and didn’t speak any English, however, uninvited she tried to communicate with us while we were relaxing in the lounge area and also when we were having breakfast using a phone translation app. That was annoying because We were tired, not feeling well and just wanted to be left alone.

Easy to find, lovely room with nice ensuite. We had trouble with air cond heating,but contact with owner who was willing to come sort it at 11pm! That's amazing. Highly recommend for overnight stay, or if you're enjoying Launceston and just looking for a place to sleep.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The free continental breakfast was a nice bonus that I appreciated. It is in an excellent, central location, and an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I enjoyed my time there. I will book here again the next time I visit Launceston.

Only disappointments were that the room overall was quite cool/harder to keep warm with the heat pump provided. The queen bed was a good size but rock hard and uncomfortable as result, ( I usually like a firm bed but with a bit of padding is nice!)- we tried putting the mink blanket provided on bed as a mattress topper, which did make the bed more comfortable, but then we slept cold without it as quite a lighter, thin bed spread/doona with no other extra bedding. Paid more for late checkout on Sunday morning after two late, busy nights in a row, which SHOULD have been great and fine but was a waste of money as we were woken up confused by vacuum cleaner loudly going in the next room at a few minutes to 8am Sunday morning-thinking we had to get out so wasn’t very impressed by the rude awakening and couldn’t get back to sleep!

Very secure (with pin entry), Clean and tidy, modernly styled rooms, good value for money, in a surprisingly quiet street for the middle of the city/convenient location within walking distance of all Launceston city has to offer and 3 (more secure than on the street) free parking spaces out the back when booked in.

We booked last minute and arrived late. Check in instruction sent was clear and straight forward. Met a part owner and had friendly chat. Provided extra electricity plug on bedside making charging devices easy and convenient. Continental breakfast was nice.

They need better toiletries not the little bottles that do one wash especially when there are two of us and we’re there for more than one night.

Felt that could not use kitchen facilities except at breakfast. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave not allowed to use at other times. Advertised kitchenette, but was really only limited breakfast facilities only. Advertised in room coffee machine, but was only a kettle. Communication with staff very difficult - Google translate. Very limited off street parking - 3 places only.

Breakfast was simple and adequate continental, but needed to request topups frequently. Small but comfortable room with reverse cycle A/C, good size TV, nice bathroom. Location very good for CBD, York Park - all within walking distance. Easy access to main arterial roads. Check in process very easy, entry code supplied.

Location. Near amenities. Everything I need is in my little room. No kitchenette in the room but there is a microwave in the common space.
