The carpet was dusty at the edges which I noticed whilst doing my yoga stretches and on the second morning of my stay there was a very loud echoing gurgle escaping from the hand basin that continued for some time at around 7.30 am which woke me unexpectedly.

The location allowed my business to take place within close proximity and as a new experience it was surprisingly very rewarding. Everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting were very kind and obliging where assistance was required and I would like to thank them all for their generous hospitality.

I am a bit sensitive to noise. I had to put ear plugs to sleep as there was noise from unknown sources. Other than this it was a good hotel for a short stay.

No insect screen on the balcony door

The location was excellent. Room was spacious with plenty of clothes storage. Quiet and pleasant balcony outlook. Dining and coffee bar below, shops next door. Bike and walking trail just over the road.

A bit confusing with booking in and everything done on line.

Close to where I had an early medical appointment. Very convenient. It was good for the price and had a good restaurant. The people there are very nice.

Bathroom exhaust didn't work. Shower, water coming out at wall and joins rather than the rose head.

Offsite check in. I prefer face to face service, but the staff member was very helpful and super friendly getting my remote check-in done on her phone as mine had run out of service and I'm on the autism spectrum so sometimes "simple" things can be impossible for me to tackle.

Clean and comfortable. Room was quiet, didn't hear any elephants stomping about on the upper floor, nor the people in the room next door which is rare.

Prior to their renovations there were a couple of biscuits with tea & coffee supplies. No biscuits now. I liked the biscuits.

The noise made by the exhaust fans in the ensuite were very noisy and sounded like the bearings are failing due to overuse especially the one in the hand basin area.

The room and bed were good clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining in the restaurant was good with no delays in delivery of the food which was well presented and very tasty.

The cleaning staff refused to give me clean cups and glasses, even though I was staying a whole week. There was no detergent or sponge or brush to wash them myself. It was unsatisfactory to wash the cups in the bathroom sink. The garbage bins were both small. I filled both of them as I was there in the room quite a bit. A bigger bin would be an improvement.

The bed was great. The shower was very good.

We could hear the person in the adjacent room so clearly, the door connecting to the next room was not sound proofed at all

I’m sure the staff were lovely, due to us arriving late and leaving early we didn’t meet any of them.
