Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandApartment had everything we needed. The pool and gym were an added bonus. Short walk over the bridge to get into town. Cleaners were very friendly. We stayed for 2 weeks while waiting to move into our house. Also has a washing machine and dryer.

AustraliaPool was not very “heated” ( it is winter though, kids still wanted to swim!) Cleanliness- coffee machine had still warmish grounds in it when we arrived ( we didn’t use it at all during stay) , loungeroom lightbulb was not working and needed replacement the next day ( which was done happily), lots of dust and debris under the cushions of the lounge, shower leaky, kitchen stocked with free teabags, instant coffee, sugar, mini UHT milks but no salt and pepper, coffee for the beautiful machine that was on the bench. Some directions for local supermarket or nearby grocery store or recommend eating spots, (which I could google) but that would have been helpful.
Beautiful views. Lovely balcony. Sunny outlook. Nice. Lucky to get a free upgrade from 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom at short notice due to change of plans on our side. Good security. Helpful and responsive management.

AustraliaIt would be a big help to guests if the apartment owners provided a folder with some information on the area and the facilities nearby, ie supermarket, grog shop. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon the office was closed till Monday, they did provide an after hours phone number.
We stayed Apartment 42 which was one bedroom, it was spacious with glass doors opening to a good size balcony area. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom/ laundry suited our needs. Kitchen/dining were reasonably equipped considering some guests think it is ok to pinch anything of quality. Being over 70 years did not deter us from walking down and back to Dockside Wharf to catch the KittyCat, a fabulous free ferry service to South Wharf and North Quay. It is a hilly area. We enjoyed our three night stay.

The apartments were close to my surgeon's offices. I needed to recovery from major surgery and travel to his surgery for wound dressing. I felt safe, everything I needed was in the apartment, washing, cooking, shower and a lovely balcony to sit and have a cuppa and look at the view of Brisbane. The housekeepers were excellent and provided all that i needed during my stay. The manager, Cindy would text me to arrange housekeeping and to check in on me.

The car parking was ordinary (tight) and the park for our room was up a level and near the lifts for the North Tower yet we were in the South Tower meaning we had to take all our luggage downstairs to the other lift well. AustraliaWe arrived just before checkin at 2 pm and reception was closed on Saturday. We had not been given advise about this and no one answered the after hours bell. I made a frantic call to their after hours number and left a message. I was called back after about 5 minutes and given instructions for opening safe with key and getting into car park. We did get an email with these instructions through booking.com but it was after 2 pm. There’s is only one key and fob given and I knew this with previous reviews but it really does make it hard. The apartment still had dirty cups and a fry pan put back in cupboard. We also found coffee dried and left in coffee maker. We didn’t use this but cleaned it just the same. There were 2 light switches that set off the trip metre that we couldn’t use. I’m presuming they knew about this because it was off when we got there. We also couldn’t lock the back glass door. This wasn’t locked when we arrived. My husband readjusted the lock for us to be able to make the place secure. Also if your in number 11, there is only a 1 on the door, we found the other numeral in the draw. This was possibly the reason why it failed the fire safe audit.
The apartment had plenty of room. Free wifi free parking. Easy access in And out of underground parking. Lots of seating even a day bed on the balcony. The pool was a lovely with a good temperature.

AustraliaOnly one key was provided and it is required to access the lift/building. This was limiting in how we could travel as if one person left the other had to stay until they returned or go and return at the same time which was a minor inconvenience that could be avoided by providing 2 keys.
Excellent location with easy access and parking. The rooms are a large and roomy with terrific city/River views. Very well fitted out with modern large screen appliances

AustraliaThe customer service I received was very poor. I booked 4 beds in a 3 bedroom apartment. I asked for 1 rolleraway bed. I checked confirmation with staff the day before my arrival of how many car parks were available for me. Staff confirmed we had two available carpark for my booking. Staff also confirmed we had no role away bed available, and there was 4 beds in the apartment When I arrived at the apartment. I had been given 1 car park. I was given 3 beds in a 3 bedroom apartment. Later that evening, I was giving a role away bed. When i first brought up my concerns with the staff in control, i received very poor customer service. Staff said they was nothing they could do for me. I was so disappointed with their services, especially since I didn't receive what I paid for.

Australia.The lighting in the main part of the apartment was appalling. Both main light fixtures had missing light bulbs and the lighting over the kitchen benches was non existent. .Instructions for the dishwasher were not clearly visible. .The ironing board was totally useless as the cover was nothing better than a rag and fell off as soon as the board was pulled out of the cupboard. .The lounge was terrible as the fabric on the base was ripped so no longer supported as it was supposed to.
