We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt's a shame the hotel has been left to die. Would be a fantastic building to use. Looks like the new owners will be doing something with it. The room needed a big clean. So many cobwebs dirty dishes and lots of broken things. Hopefully she will be all nice and new soon.
The location was good for us as we were racing at the speedway so a short drive to the track with small children. Was good for walks to the park and into the city centre.

AustraliaThe shower taps were broken, and it was fiddly to adjust the temperature for a shower. The staff were all new and didn't know how to check me in, they had to call someone to come in and check me in. They had wifi BUT my room was apparently too far to get access to the internet.
There were plenty of beds, microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge.

AustraliaWe had booked a family room and due to a mix up someone was in our room when we arrived. staff running the bar and battleshop were lovely and tried to sort it out. We eventually ended up with two rooms which was fine as we didn’t have to pay any extra.
the property is an old motel, rooms are dated but large, comfortable and clean with some updates such as new curtains, reverse cycle aircon unit and flat screen TVs. Beds were comfortable and it was a good spot to stop for a night in Collie.

The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The shower worked perfectly, and you could park literally right outside your door. The staff was friendly and overall a really comfy stay!
