We were given clear instructions to access the keys via a lock box, Judy ( the friendly host) had met us at the front to say hello and for a friendly chat. The grounds is absolutely beautiful, Graeme & Judy did such a great job on their house and premises. It's so tranquil as you get front prime access to the lake walking tracks. We stayed in " The point" room which overlooks the lakes, Sunsets and Sunrise are magnificent! The Point is like its own self contained apartment upstairs from Judy and Graeme residence. Their house was separated by stained glass sliding locked door. My dog loved it cos he can look & bark at the residence dog through the glass. Although it sounds like close proximity, we had our own entrance and so much privacy. Judy went out of the way to make a reservation for us at the local pub cos they were not picking up their phone. Great breakfast provision, remember, this is a b&b ( no kitchen stove ) but there is a bbq outside. I will highly recommended Judy place and return. Thank you for hosting us.

This is an award winning house with quality fittings and fixtures throughout. The views were superb. The Hosts were accommodating of guests needs. Car parking was on site. Our dogs had a wonderfull holiday with us.

The breakfast was a generous continental breakfast with quality cereal, yoghurt, sourdough bread and a selection of jams. A coffee machine was provided with a large variety of coffee pods.

Amazing location, just 40 steps down to the bay, where we could enjoy a 20-minute walk to town, and see beautiful and graceful black swans and an occasional pelican on the way, we had a lovely view of the bay from the apartment, and really enjoyed the local culinary treats Judy, our lovely host provided.

The location was beautiful. Set in gorgeous gardens the apartment overlooked the water. All the linens were first class and breakfast supplies were topped up without question. Judy was a very pleasant and helpful hostess.

Choice of 2 cereals, sough dough bread with three different jams, honey, juice, range of coffees and teas. Much better spread than at many places.

Breakfast supplies were awesome. Bread, cereal, yogurt, spreads. Other kitchen supplies too - Gladwrap, handy towels. Virtually everything thought of. Lovely bed. Perfect quiet location. Can walk into town by the lake in under 20 minutes

We felt the bed was a bit too soft and less supportive for our taste. But saying that, the bedroom was well furnished and very inviting with plenty of light.

We loved the location. The short walk to Paynesville is directly accessible from the backyard. We.also loved the view of the lake from the living area and balcony. The continental breakfast provided was sufficient, consisting of bread, cerial, milk, butter and jam.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it did not disappoint. Judy was so welcoming and just the perfect host. It was very clean, comfortable and such a perfect location. First time in a bnb but it was so private and peaceful. Will highly recommend.
