It's twenty minutes outside of Port Douglas but you will need a car to explore this part of the world, anyway so not an issue.

Amazing staff who make you feel incredibly welcome. The rooms are on the older side but clean and comfortable and have everything you need, including fridge. Breakfast was self serve and has everything you'd want.

Room was quite below par for the money. Stayed in a beachfront room, which was a great spot, but it was not a nice room. Bathroom looked nice but shower was significantly under powered - barely working, and room lacked facilities that many hotels have - ice tray was old and broken, not enough cups, freezer iced over so unusable, TV remote did not have batteries for instance… so finer details just not really checked. This is not okay for a highly priced room.

Fantastic location! What an amazing spot! Great pool area, nice large rock pool type spa area, and convenient access to a fairly private clothing optional beach. Restaurant food was fantastic, and cocktails were well made. A lot of places to relax, and other guests were friendly and nice to hang out with.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and there was just a really chilled atmosphere everywhere in the resort. The setting right on a private sandy beach is perfect for relaxing. The food is excellent and the dining area is set up so that you can easily sit and chat with new people. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The resort is located in an isolated corner of the Capita Cook Highway. The advantage is that is private and the location is beautiful. However it is important to have a car as the shuttle system is poor and the uber/taxi modes of transport are almost non existent.

great spot for lgbtqi+ community. very friendly management and staff which contributes to the great vibe and sense of community with other guests. facilities are as shown. good value for money! had lots of fun both nights. venue hosted a drag show on the first night which was great. second night everyone sat in communal area and watched ru paul drag race final. fun fun fun!

The resort is run down. It very disappointing that no effort has been made to upgrade the rooms and beds were terrible. I fully understand the value of an adult gay resort that it offers a safe space for the LGBTQ community. However, I do feel that they have taken advantage of the community by the over priced accommodation and average food at the resort. I barely ate my meals as quality was appalling with a price tag of $35 for sausages and mash potatoes. I’m so sorry and feel bad that i wouldn’t recommend staying at this resort for what you pay for.

The staff were very friendly and the beach front location was great. These were the only positive aspects of the resort.

I made the mistake of not hiring a car from cairns, defiantely hire a car if you plan on doing some exploring.

What an amazing place, such a good place to chill if that is you are wanting or party if that is what you are wanting. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need and the pool/ bar area helps to allow for guests to meet each other. The managers are so fun and very accommodating. The location was beautiful so secluded so very private feels like you are in your own little oasis.
