Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaThe kitchen could use more kitchenware, like plastic bowls, wooden spoons etc., but this is easily remedied with one trip to the kitchenware store. TV is large and modern but cannot connect to WIFI, so we couldn't use Netflix, which made us play board games with kids - so this actually can't count as a minus :D
Great and quiet location just on the outskirts of Sarajevo with an amazing view, a beautiful heated indoor pool with sauna and hot tub, with plenty of bathrooms and toilets. Each room has its toilet, which is very useful, as you can share a house with friends while still having privacy. The entrance has roofing all over, and you can park your car right in front of the entrance door, which was super helpful as it, unfortunately, rained all the time. The pool area is located on the sub-ground floor away from bedrooms so kids can be as loud as they want + they have a separate living area there.

GermanySome of furniture need to be repaired ( like closet and curtains). The only minus of the building is the access road which is awful (lots of holes and you really need to watch out how to get to object and not to break the car). but the object itself is 10/10.
Everything was perfect. Host was very friendly ( we will see us again). House is very nice, comfortable, pool was clean. View is nice
