I chose this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the airport (filter on Booking.com). This turns out to mean that they would book me a taxi, which I had to pay for ! So, when considering alongside other “airport hotels” make sure you add in the cost of a return taxi ride.

Pleasant, quirky hotel, with friendly staff, which was good value, until you add the taxi costs !

1 of the the covers had white stains on it. for 75 euro's a night I expect not to be confronted with these kind of mistakes. Other than that there was nothing else bad about my stay. The rest was pretty standard

Lady behind the desk was really nice! Made me feel very comfortable there. Location was great and free parking behind the hotel.

Breakfast for 13 Euro was rather poor, not worth the money. Bed was concave, not really the most comfortable.

I was under the impression there was a restaurant and wasn't aware there was no elevator to second floor. Thought they had a shuttle to the airport. The owners very kindly arranged and paid for a taxi. Our flight left early so we were unable to have breakfast. Maybe the site could be more specific as to their amenities.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The young couple running it were helpful .

The Internet was not working properly in my room, they kindly offered to change it but I liked my room's floor and view so decided to accept this. The nearest market is 500m, and the bus stop was also far.

Staff (V) was not cooperative and helping. They don't know what customer service and customer delight is. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor in my allotted room.

Hotel is just 10 minutes away from the BRU airport.

Asked for robes but never given. Also I needed towels but was asked to go to the reception to get them. The heating regulator was broken but managed to make it work.

No washing laundry close by. I had back ache after waking up the first day. Lack of warm liquids to drink. Bery clean, but we used the same towel for 3 day, maybe one change could have been enough. Was not good after a loooong flight to have had us change airport to our end arrival and payed more for a taxi plus on rush hour.

The buidling in airport in Amterdam was nice a very nice adult lady walked us to the Intl. side to get our way out to travel. The hotel mostly the attendies were very warm. The bulding is nice too. Nice to have water for the customers.

The noise from the hallway was very loud. There were children running up and down the hallway what seemed like all night, and their parents were shouting from room to room for too long, but the noise the kids were making (just the sounds of their running) was like they were monsters pounding through the hall (the actual children were maybe 4 or 5 years old)

The hotel is close to the airport, but only by taxi or uber. The hotel Shuttle has to be booked in advance, they charge €15 for the shuttle, €20 For uber and €25 for taxi. I only stayed one night and I had to leave before 8am to go to the airport, however, the main door was locked and there is an alternative door at the back, but there are many stairs in between, I couldn't get there with a toddler, a pram, a suitcase and two backpacks. The receptionist told me the day before the door opened at 7am, but it seems it only does during weekdays, not over the weekend and I was leaving on a Sunday. I had to look for a staff member to unlock the door. which luckily, I could find in the kitchen. Otherwise I was trapped. He kindly helped me opening the door and calling for a taxi, as my uber app was not working properly. The only hobbit reference in the entire hotel is a picture of Bilbo Baggins from the Hobbit movie, I found this funny and cute. Overall ok experience.

The Booking.Com ad said there was a shuttle--there isn't. Besides taxi, there is a bus to airport with 12 minute walk uphill. A 3 minute walk to bus was advertised, but it apparently doesn't run anymore.

Fantastic hot breakfast and staff ordered a taxi that arrived immediately. 15 Euros to airport, 10 minute ride.

The room seemed reasonably clean but the rubbish bin had not been emptied from stay by the previous guests. No aircon so room can get pretty hot, although a small fan is provided.

Unfortunately does not worth the price. It had only boiling hot water I ended up washing my hair in the sink after getting burnt a couple of times. I told a friendly lady on the reception but she couldn't do anything. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it's a bit complicated to get there by bus.

The lady on the reception is very responsive and nice. The hotel is more or less clean but for that price it should be immaculate.
