In our apartment in particular, there weren't many outlets to charge devices, as well as the window from staircase was looking right to our terrace, so everyone coming down or up the stairs could see us. However, we asked to change apartments and the staff was willing to do so. Since we didn't have a long vacation, we decided to stay in our apartment though.

It could be cleaner. We were out of soap in the bathroom and they said they would refill it but it never happened. There was a mixup with the lunch bill and we would have been charged double if I didn't take a closer look at the bill. In the end it was all clarified and correct though.

Great for families - there's a playground, a pool and a small football field. Walking distance from the beach and the village center. Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking outside of the hotel. Spacious room, ground floor for families with a pram.

The AC is very weak and it got hot during the day. The gym was open, but the treadmill wasn’t working and the machines were in a poor condition.

The restaurant dinner hours weren't very convenient although there were plenty of good dinner options within a 5-10 minute walk so it was never much of an issue. Its also clearly a family oriented hotel and turns pretty quiet by 11PM (which we liked but you shouldn't expect to party all night on the premises).

The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was large and very comfortable, the pool was small but convenient and clean. I wasn't sure what to expect of an "art hotel" but it was actually a very interesting space architecturally and it was fun getting to know it in the first few days. It also had one of the better gyms of any hotel I've been to.

While it is technically correct that the hotel has a coastal position and the apartment we stayed in has a sea view, neither was overwhelmingly apparent during our stay there. Perhaps another room would give a different impression. If this is more of a priority for you than it was for us, it might be wise to make a specific request when booking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied enough for a few days stay. Huge apartment with walk-in wardrobe. Large balcony with house martins flying within a metre or so (early June). Several restaurants are located within 10 minutes walk, if you want a change from the hotel's offering.

The kitchen and the kitchen equipment is not what we expected - basically all you can do is to boil an egg or tea. We've expected a little bit more for the price.

The staff was excellent and supportive. All of our requests were met and we have received some discounts. The apartments on ground level have gardens and are perfect for two adults with a child.

It's not that bad but just as a remark for the management: The rooms are starting to depreciate, wooden furniture/doors requires some renovation here and there. Kitchenette is a bit outdated. The water does not drain well while taking a shower and makes a mess on the floor. Considering the quite high price for the apartment, these issues must be addressed.

The staff is very polite and cooperative. The breakfast is standard but good and met our needs. The lunch meals in the restaurant are very tasty and not expensive at all - we definitely recommend that. It's very clean everywhere and the rooms and beds specifically are very comfy (at least for those who like firm mattresses).

The breakfast starts a little bit late - at 8:00h. The balcony is small for more than 2 people - we were 3 in an apartment.

The staff was really nice. Clean and quite place. The location is enough close to the beach, Two other very nice beaches are located near to the village. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations.

3 Things can be improved. 1. There was no internet in the room and in booking it's advertised as 'free internet everywhere'. 2. Missing bowls and pot in the kitchen. We used jars to have 'tarator' soup in the room :) 3. Breakfast was the same every morning.

I have been in Asti hotel for the first time more than 10 years ago and I really liked it. At that time in Bulgaria you could not find many hotels offering such well furnished studios, room service and good location. For those years it seems that nothing's changed in Asti hotel. Everything is the same as it was before.

I didn't have a good WiFi reach. One of the lamps in the bathroom wasn't working. There was a little snake on our front door on the second day of our stay.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good as well with some different dishes each morning and some common ones. There are two cute bunnies and a little hedgehog. 😍

For the money I was expecting a bit better facilities. The appartment was placed next to the restaurant resulting in a lot of noise coming from it (kitchen, tables outside, plates and cutlery being used and dropped countiously). With open window you could hear also the ouside fan/installation of the aircoditioning. The breakfast was very limited.

Staff was friendly. Location was pretty OK. Parking options were sufficient, though outside the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean.

The wifi didn't work inside our room, if it had, we would have stayed longer, but that's not really a negative comment – more something to note if you need to work on your holiday.

The hotel is quite nice and clean. We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was. Plenty of space for kids to run around, the pool was clean and never crowded. Our room was well equipped, without dangerous obstacles for toddlers. The cleaning staff is friendly and thorough and reception are very warm and welcoming.

If you're into sleeping till late, it could be difficult in rooms facing the inner yard and the restaurant, as it gets pretty noisy after 8 am.

Staff is friendly as usual, the place is great! Swimming pool is a fantastic addition to the whole great experience.

The mattress was a bit hard for our tastes. Everything else was good.

Great facilities and location right next to the main Sinemorets beach Butamya. The complex has a tennis court which you can book at a good price and a restaurant/cafe has good food and drinks. Staff were also great and very helpful.

Great expectations and great disappointment - noisy, only one room in the apartment is air conditioned, which makes sleep impossible at night. The room equipment is more than rudimentary and rather old, no way a tourist can feel welcome and relaxing at place like this. The breakfast is basically 80% the same every day - disaster for a person trying to eat healthy food, except you can tolerate either eating the same breakfast every day, or cycle through the changing other 20% - most of them different types of pastries. A few of the staff in the restaurant is impolite, almost arrogant. I recommend to avoid this hotel until it is either totally renovated or practically rebuild ( to my personal opinion, it is 'noisy and hot per design', no financially plausible way to fix that in such building). The vision of the management of the hotel about 21st century tourism needs a serious fix.

The pool was clean. The personnel was really working hard to keep the place clean and running. Most of the staff is very polite.
