The front desk people were not friendly. There aren't a lot of options for the breakfast. The towels looked old and worn out. For the amount of money paid, extra fee for parking isn't necessary.

The room was clean. Washroom was clean as well.

Staff seems annoyed by questions. Poor eye contact. Breakfast items were limited and eggs were very dry.

breakfast started too late, i had to leave before hand. Booking.com was a poor intermediate, and i never received a response from the hotle for the questions I asked. Only once i contacted the hotel directly was ai able to speak to staff.

Staff were very helpfull and location was perfect for my needs. Thebed was confortable and room was ample. Straight forward and as advertised, good for a short stay for work.

The hotel was great and the beds were very comfortable. The room we were given originally was not prepared for check in, and the beds were not made with clean bedding. However, the front desk staff were very helpful in assigning us a new room and we enjoyed our stay

The door in my room did not shut on its own, my door was left opened a bit. There was wet signs upon entering my room which is the reason why the door stuck on the wet paint. The door was opened for 6 hours and thankfully nobody wrnt in our room. Did tell the front desk.

The balcony didn't come with chairs and the neighbouring room air conditioner outlet was on the balcony so it was noisy outside our control. Therefore not fun to sit on balcony and enjoy view or leave door open for fresh air. Although I loved having included breakfast, eating off disposable plates in a dark conference room was unenjoyable.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The view of Ottawa and the river were excellent from level 6. The location was great, easy river walk to downtown Ottawa and Hull districts while avoiding the hustle of the city. Included breakfast was handy and car parking was easy (not included in price).

Hotel looked cheaply refreshed in a hurry, with spit of paint all around. Cost savings at its maximum.. Breakfast was in a no-window creepy meeting room and all tableware were single use, quite shocking from an environmental pov. Also, the local taxes added 20% to the original booking price, definitely too much or should be indicated on the website

When we arrived the toilet didn't flush properly. I fixed it myself by adjust the water level, so we never advised the front desk. Once we wanted to take a shower we realized the water wasn't going down properly, it would take 1 hour or so for the water to go down the open drain! I advised front desk and it was fixed once we returned. We can't only blame the hotel for this because maybe no one complained about it, so it wasn't fixed. But still an inconvenience for us.

Location was great to walk around and check out the city of Ottawa. Staff fixed the problem we had with shower drain within a day.

The parking that I paid but wasn’t reserved. Room was located on first floor near the elevators and the pool so lots of noisy traffic. Also didn’t sleep much because of the very noisy AC unit in the room

the hotel wasn't Clean enough. There were no enough shampoo and it didn't have sliders. the breakdast didn't worth $15 WiFi was not working.
