there was work being done to the exterior of the building during our stay. While we were notified of this prior to our arrival, we didn't expect that the workers started at 6:45 AM making a lot of noise. I realize the hotel maybe did not have control over this, it still was a disappointment.

Building renovation workers starting work at 7:30am but I think the work will be finished soon.

The staff were absolutely superb and were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast is definitely below expectations. It is in the room only. Continental breakfast doesn't mean one old croissant ( the 3rd morning was fresh) , one piece of cake, one small bottle of orange juice and one mini pot of yogurt. I asked 3 times not to bring sweetened yogurt but this did not happen. I asked the sweetened yogurt to be replaced by a normal bottle of fresh milk, half a litter for example, no chance. One morning received 10 g of cheese instead of cake. I received two creamers of 5 ml each. That was the milk instead of yogurt. No fruit, no vegetable. Obviously the owner decided not to spend more than 2 dollars for the breakfast. It is better not to have a breakfast, there is a big supermarket on the same street, 10 minutes walk only, fresh food and a big choice.

Staff at the reception is very helpful. Always ready to assist. And the boy, and the girl as well, sorry not to remember their names. Good location near the Bus station to Montreal. Room is very nice , clean and the bathroom as well. Coffee machine in the room is a good decision. For dinner and lunch go to the old town, 15 - 20 minutes walk.

Due to Covid or the construction on the facade of the building (which did not disturb us at all, we didn’t even hear any noise in the morning before we went) they weren’t cleaning the rooms. If you wanted your towels replaced you place them in a bag and hang them on the door, which is fine! I just would have preferred coming back to a cleaned room and a bed that’s made after a long day of walking around the city.

Great location, about a 4 min walk to the main st in upper old Quebec and 15 min to the promenade governor/ chateau Frontenac. Staff were amazing, gave us a great dinner recommendation on the night we checked in. Comfy beds and extremely clean room. The included breakfast is a cute touch - croissants and a various other pastry, some cheese, applesauce, jam.

Rooms are lovely. Great beds, comfortable room seating. Breakfast delivery was nice. It is just a sweet place with cordial and helpful staff. Would book there again without hesitation.

First day was warm im room a/c vents were closed maybe prevoius occupants. But was fixed next day. Construction in front but not really a problem.

The cold breakfast and no table with chairs where to eat

The Hotel room was nice. Very comfy and super clean. The breakfast was served in a bag in the morning. Was cold and we didn t have a comfy tablle and chairs where to eat. No personal service

Breakfast may be offered in a more hyginie style..especially for pastries and bread. The renovation of facade was a bit disturbing passing through the entrance coridor.

Its a nice boutique hotel opposite to railway station. Perfect for a short vist of Quebec city by train. Both receptionists were polite and helpfull.The packed breakfast in a bag, was a interesting, though very simple French style with limited items.

Large room, spotless, bathroom amenities, great water pressure and temperatures, top rated restaurant next door. Perfect daily continental breakfast. Window with blackout shades, very comfortable bed, large flat screen TV. Wine glasses in room. Parking right across the street paid with the room....Everything was great!
