This is a beautiful house in a quiet residential neighbourhood which was convenient to the festival we were attending. The room is spacious with a large bathroom and private deck. While we were out most of the day, the main rooms of the house look very inviting and are available for guest use.

There was nothing that I didn't like however a reading light on both sides of the bed would be one suggestion to improve my stay.

Breakfast was self serve. It was really nice being able to eat when we felt like eating and not feel obligated to get to the diningroom at a set time. The guest rooms are beautiful, bright, roomy and have everything you could possibly want. Dave is an excellent host who makes his guests feel very welcome. We will definitely stay at Eaglenest again. We've stayed at many B&B's and self contained units in the area, enough to know that this place is a gem.

Tea selection could have been better.

We liked everything. Host Dave was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, choose what you like. Beautifully appointed throughout. Clean.

We have no complaints.

It lives up to its Manor name. High quality building with all the amenities one might want. The owner was exceptionally accomodating and while breakfast is not formally offered, he made enough available that we could make a good breakfast ourselves. I particularly like this feature rather than B&B's that force-feed the same breakfast each morning. The owner is an excellent host.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the host was wonderful. We would recommend staying here every time. We had lovely breakfasts while we were there, and had a great time chatting with the host.

Breakfast was as promised. Our only concern was the location as there were no restaurants near by. The room was very nice, but for two people there was only one comfy chair. Also the bed was extremely high even for my husband who is 6 feet.

This was a splurge for me as a single traveler. I recognize that Booking.com adjusts the fee to make a profit, so perhaps the location itself is not as expensive.

Needed a few novels around for clients to read , he did have books but nothing you could take to the beach.

Roomy, elegant space. Dave was an attentive host who worked hard at keeping the house as cool as he could. It was 34 while we were there.

There were no facilities within walking distance - you would have to drive and this is not accommodation for children, but I did not need those requirements.

Help yourself, cold only, breakfast; gracious, friendly host; big comfy bed with a view and a bathroom with a huge jet soaker tub.

Ingredients to prepare your own simple breakfast were available. House is spotless....very clean. Host was very pleasant. He made good recommendations for what to see in the area. Room was large and nicely furnished. Bathroom was huge.
