Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaNot much to add here….
Sharon was welcoming and so friendly. She had lots of food before I arrived and while I was there. I had an amazing 4 nights over there and saw northern lights right in front of my cabin. It was amazing and I wasn’t expecting it since there were lots of aurora hunting tours etc. My dream became true and place was cozy. Sharon was friendly and helpful.

FranceIt is rare to find a place with such a touch attention. Everything was great about it, chapeau! We felt very cosy like birds in a nest. It was enchanting staying at this bed and breakfast, and the food was delicious. I usually like changing accommodations, but this time I know I will be back on my next visit in the Yukon. Thank you !

CanadaBe aware this is a little way outside of the city but for us this was perfect.
What a perfect welcome to the Yukon for us. After a long day of travelling this was the perfect place for us to stopover on the way to further adventures through the Yukon. We had plenty of room, the welcome was friendly, we loved that we felt clean and safe, the laundry facilities were perfect and the food…what an amazing selection of food! It was perfect for our family of five! We even found a playground and basketball court around the corner!

United StatesA true oasis in the Yukon for a weary traveler! Attention to detail and hospitality are unmatched. The cabin was super cute. Comfy bed with down comforter. Baked goods and smoked salmon were in the cabin waiting upon arrival. The cabin was decorated with local art and books. Bathroom had soaps and fresh towels. Was great to get to know Sharon for the short stay I had. She is a phenomenal and a very kind woman. She made me feel like I was at home ensuring everything I needed was taken care of and that I could have a relaxing and enjoyable time. The property had nice outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. The flowers blooming were absolutely beautiful. You can really see and feel the effort that they put into each and every stay making it an unforgettable experience.

United StatesIf you are ever traveling through the Yukon territory, near Whitehorse, you simply MUST stay at the Triple B Bed and Breakfast. Sharon exemplifies the saying "the hostess with the mostess". She is so incredibly sweet and surprised me with fresh smoked salmon, croissants, and cream cheese for dinner in my cabin, along with fresh homemade cookies for dessert and Cinnamon rolls for breakfast. She even had a fresh glass of tea and bowl of fruit waiting upon arrival. In her words "I treat every guest like family. So I have family all over the world." Sharon makes delicious jams, jellies, syrups and Christmas baskets, and her husband makes antler carved lamps. I will never stay anywhere else. They have me hooked for life. Everyone that stays has their own cottage. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or as a family, and the serene landscape is so peaceful. It's a little slice of heaven in the Yukon.

Sharon was very friendly and considerate, leaving me treats for the evening and the next morning. The cabin was neat and fit my needs. The detached bathroom/shower were also clean. I think I got the best night's sleep (7 nights) here.

CanadaThe only thing that could have been better is us staying for longer. Unfortunately, we only had one night. But we will be back!
The property is wonderful and super cozy. It is well equipped with everything you need on a trip, is super clean and the location is great. Most importantly we would like to mention the owner, Sharon. She is so welcoming and kind. She is very interesting to talk to - we felt we knew her for ages... such a warm and welcoming person!!! When we were leaving the next morning, she baked fresh cookies for our kids to take with us on a road, she also gave us bear spray for our hikes. It was incredible - we felt very special, we felt we were part of her family, although we only met her for one short day. We are sincerely grateful to Sharon for her kindness and hospitality. We are fortunate to have met her. Also would like to mention that we were stunned to see the fridge stuffed with a delicious breakfast meal for the morning. There was everything you could only think and wish for: eggs, yogurts, a plate of fresh fruits, cereal, homemade muffins, cinnamon buns, cheese, and even smoked salmon with capers... Truly generous hospitality! Thank you from our hearts, Sharon!

Just WOW. Plan on booking for more than one night or you will regret it. We had the two bedroom cabin, which includes a washer & dryer. The place is pretty, spotless, and very comfortable. The fridge and cupboards are full of goodies that will expand your waistline. Our hostess was gracious and accommodating. Good hot water and WiFi. Peaceful setting in the woods outside Whitehorse. We've already booked our next stay.
