The room was just ok. Not quite like the image I saw on the website. Also, I could never get my tv ( Satellite ) to come on. I didn't let anyone know because most of the time when I passed by the desk, no one was there. I also didn't like the fact that the train station was almost a mile walk. I guess it can't always be perfect.

The Price of the Hotel was extremely reasonable. It definitely is a good value. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, the hotel desk was really helpful in letting me know where things were and how to access them. I also enjoyed the fact they the Hotel provided a free mini bar. That was really generous.

Parking wasn’t clearly signposted on arrival and caused a bit of a problem with another vehicle scuffing my car. The room was very dated and did not have air conditioning, wifi was very poor and noise at night from the trains was an annoyance. Location was out of the way but maybe a bit too far from the city without your own transport.

Receptions complimentary drinks on arrival and departure were a massive plus for us.

- WiFi is meh, and they adverdise that you'll be tracked on your every move once connected (don't know how can this be even legal) - Breakfast is meh, would wish for way a more sofisticated breakfast, especially for a 4 star hotel. Miel pops and corn flakes? Really? Try to add some home made granola and low sugar yogurts or something alike. - The adjacent road is terribly noisy. I understand why the ear plugs are offered and... they are absolutely necessary.

There were a number of problems that made my arrival stressful. I was sent repeated requests to check in on line, but I only made the reservatio a couple of days beforehand and I was dealing with a number of matters before I left on my trip. So I tried checking in while waiting at the airport. The process was very technical and it required A LOT of information. I had to electronically sign in, when all I had to do the check in was my phone. I had to make a picture my passport including the picture and info page inside. I couldn't get this work while sitting at the gate before my flight so I left that until I got to Zurich airport, where I had to start all over again, I went to the info desk to sign up to Wifi and the woman there was helpful but it was still a long involved process. When I got through with the steps I mentioned before, signature, picture of passport. I then had to go into more steps to set up 'electronic keys' online, one to get me through the front door of the building, the other to get into my room. This was another nightmare trying to set up. And when I got to the hotel and tried the first 'key' to get into the reception (no one appeared to be at reception, but it was about 10.30 at night by that time) my phone came up showing I couldn't get into the data I needed for the electronic key, because my phone was OFFLINE. Which then made me wonder why this hotel set it's new guests to go through this incredible number of steps when the key wasn't going to work anyway, as there was no internet connection by the entrance door!!!! After repeatedly buzzing an intercom I got someone who turned out to be the man on reception. He buzzed me in. He said he had had a little emergency but told me to look for a little stack of plastic room keys on the repception counter in a little glass. I told him the glass was empty. He said he would come down in a few minutes. He got me a room key and activated it. He apologised.

It was a nice hotel, nicely furnished, comfortable furniture and clean. The person that was working at reception was courteous and helpful when I was at last able to get in touch with him. However, it is a good distance out of central Zurich, which is reflected in the reasonable price. There's train station into town about a fifteen minute walk away, but I didn't realise that it was quite so involved to get to the airport because it involved a train journey into cenrtral Zurich and then another train journey back out to the airport on another railway spoke. Even with a car or taxi there is no direct way, you have to drive into Zurich and then drive out on another motorway to the airport. There are no cross roads between Dietikon and the airport to shorten the trip. The Wifi frequently shut off and and requyou needed to log in again, which sometimes was resistant.

the tv was quite difficult to control and the directions in the room were unclear. also the WiFi connection was very bad and pretty much unusable. it would also have been desirable to have blackout curtains in the room since there are bright street lights right outside the window, and the folding blinds were not strong enough to keep all the light out.

very friendly and helpful staff. the hotel itself is ok. more affordable than in the city and with the car it is a half hour drive. however the fact that it is on a busy road makes it quite noisy especially with the windows open, which was necessary due to the lack of air conditioning.

The room was spacious and very clean. Additionally, there was free parking for hotel clients which is not always the case in Switzerland.

Breakfast was mediocre. The coffee machine wasnt working properly, no cereals and only whole milk no alternatives. The eggs are already hard boiled and cold, no choice there either. Its still an ok breakfast but far from what you'd expect after such quality for the rest of the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the bathroom is great aswell. Shower might be a bit small but for the price the rooms are high quality for the price. Fridge is a nice bonus.
