The room was clean, large and very well maintained, great value to money. Excellent location walking distance from the fun spots in the walking street. During a power outage in Pai, this was the only place that still had electricity in the street so that was a great benefit.

The room was spacious. Location is great, being near Kanchanaburi station and JJ night market. There's a motorcycle rental right in front of the hotel. Good A/C. Common dining room with tableware, fridge, and hot water.

Wife said she could use a mirror in the living space. There's a mirror only in the bathroom. There was a drop down desk but no chairs or sofa. Room was not very soundproof.

We stayed here for fullmoon, was abit expensive but so everything on fullmoon, on normal days its very cheap and worth! Rooms abit outdated but nothing to worry about! Wonderfullllll view from rooms, great clean pool.

Rooms abit outdated, room door cant be locked so dont leave important things in room. The hotel on a very high hill with no accessibility, not for eldery!! On the last day we’ve seen a guest fall and break his legs and head(skull), he laid bleeding in a very bad & fatal condition for 50 minutes before hotel did anything!!!!! Evenso the paramedic came, it was a hell of a challenge to take him down the steep hill!!! Becareful! Still a very beautiful hotel and view!! Worth the price!

The view was amazing and we enjoyed some of the food from the kitchen. Checking in, the staff were nice at the counter as well as when we checked out. The bed was comfortable.

The towels in our room never got changed until the 3rd day we were there. The staff at the restaurant were not welcoming and sometimes forgot our order. We did not think there were many options for breakfast and didn’t attend some days. There were many bugs and flies and wasps and we couldn’t finish our breakfast one morning because of it.

The location is far but it’s acceptable. The hotel located inside a residence that has many rude residents( they are renters, but act like they own the place, especially Thai people are friendly and respect them more than acceptable.)
