I have been to hundreds of hotels worldwide and I can confidentiality say that Enderun hotel ranks among the very best in every which way, from the facility, location, cleanliness and the service. But most importantly the manager Mr Osman and the rest of the staff, specifically Mr Hossein and Mr Eskandsr are absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and very attentive to all the guest needs. Great location. Central to restaurants and markets. Grand Bazaar is a 5-10 minute walk. The staff here is amazing. Eager to solve any issues very quickly and they are very friendly! 10 of 10 stay!

Cancelled our reservation even though we had messaged the property about coming to the hotel at 2;45am and they even confirmed a taxi and offered us a tour. Thrn we got to Istanbul and received message our room was cancelled. Scrambling at 3am for another hotel after we prebooked a taxi
