Throughout my stay here, I was lucky enough to be greeted by one of the reception staff, Patience. Patience ensured that my stay was the best it possibly could be and helped me with restaurant and day trip recommendations. He made my trip here in Cyprus that much more enjoyable, thank you Patience!

The minibar in the room was empty! At 11 pm I was thirsty! I tried to call the reception, but it didn't work, so I went down there! I had to have a 5-minute discussion with the reception that I didn't bring my wallet down with me and that I want a bottle of water! in the end I signed the tax receipt of 3 euros so that he could give me a bottle of water! Towels in the bathroom are clean, but very old and rough!

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows catastrophic. No insolation around the door to the corridor so very noisy.

I didn’t like the fact the bed was made of two singles not connected and on wheels, kept splitting apart. I also didn’t like the fact I received a WhatsApp msg to leave by 11:30 on the day out even though I was leaving by 10:30 but the fact they sent the msg it was like kicking you out. finally I found cockroach in the bathroom the night I arrived, had to kill it and left it next to toilet, following morning told the housekeeper she needed approval to clean !!!

the swimming pool and jacuzzi pool are really clean and well maintained. breakfast had many varieties and generally speaking all fruits and vegetables in Cyprus have good taste

Everything seemed to be extra for a small fee. Safe, fridge, room welcome pack - once used a refill was €5. Beach towels were actually bath towels.

Staff were excellent as was breakfast. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable.

The hotel is a little old fashioned and needs some maintenance, but not that it made a difference.

The staff is amazing, ALWAYS smiling and very polite. Cleanliness at its best. Very good breakfast and excellent location close to many shops and restaurants

Friendly/helpful staff. 5-10 min walk to Venus beach. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast has limited and not very tasty options. It's probably high time to retire those towels, they are older than my granny. The corridors are hard to keep clean, because of the flooring, despite efforts of staff.

The location is very good, there is a bus station right in front of the hotel taking you to the harbour, there are plenty of restaurants around, there is a beach across the street, and the center is a 15 minutes walk. The rooms are big, the bathroom is big enough, the AC works very well. Staff is very nice.

Food in general. The restaurant is highly variable with the quality of food sent out. Parking. There is parking and it's free but completely un-managed. Parking spaces are sized for very small cars from the 1980s, consequently lines are completely ignored and cars park anywhere, everywhere and extremely close. If you have a car, your doors will be damaged.

Location is good. The building and furnishings are older, but are maintained. Cleaning is very good. Everything in the room was really clean. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive.

Everyday cleaning of bathrooms leaves much to be desired.

Cocktails and pools. All staff were fantastic...reception, barmen, waiters animation staff and night entertainment.

stayed 3 nights room bit cleaned once - cups towels everything just left every day they just put a clean towel and a toilet roll in the bathroom balcony left with cups and drinks nothing wiped or cleaned second day beds not even made this is the only thing that would stop us coming back!

Poor pool bar, water pressure in bathroom was also very poor.. Pool towels procedure with visa is also unnecessary. Free drinks with 40 euros receipts should be done directly from pool bar.

Dress code for indoor public areas needs to be addressed. Topless men at bars and wandering around entrance and lounge area

The breakfast was horrendous. Definitely not worth going to eat. People at the front desk were helpful but did not alleviate any issues we had (other guests cut in line and were rude and they did nothing).

Manolis was fantastic! great service and very personable. Dinner food was good and the pool was set at a nice temperature. Drinks from bar were very good. My favorite was the Mojito. The 40 spent for a free drink was a good incentive.

elegant decor, friendly service of the men working behind the bar (Manolis, Alex, Terri -Black man, young boy from Latvia I don't remember his name) All gentlemen can perfectly take care of the guest. Well-kept swimming pool, there was no crowd of people. In addition, game tables, which made the time more pleasant
