There is no drain on the floor in the bath. The beach is just too rocky and you can not enter the sea

The mushroom in the pool was very noisy and was running throughout the night. It was suppossed to stop though.

The first night we were at the room 1604 was terrible because the smell of mould was unbearble. I couldn't sleep even with the windows opened. The next morning, the receptionist gave us a different room and everything was perfect. I would stay again in that room. The staff was very helpful.

The hot water takes ages to come out, so it turns into a water waste each time you will need a shower. The Kitchen was offering just a few cups and glasses, no water in the fridge.

The place is along the northern coast from the town centre, all around there are various similar hotels/residences, in general, the Eleni is appreciable: the apartments are quite large, and comfortable, even with various noises from the pools, they result as quiet places. There is an internal market for any additional/last-minute needs. There is an internal restaurant and pub, both serve food at lunchtime, there is a very easy access to the coast which is pretty messy, but may offer a pleasant walk seeing a variety of architectural, natural and accidental disasters (a shipwreck, messy urban setup even a monument and a variety of ridiculous building figuring out fake castles and colonnades). The cleanliness of the apartment is very good, the bed very comfortable (even if the double bed is made with two single beds). The inner balcony is a pleasant and appreciable extra. The breakfast is very complete and extremely abundant.

I have to pah extra for earlier admission, no place to dry up towels and swimming suits and activities for kids might be better as every night pretty the same stuff.

Apartments are big and bright. The sofa beds for the kids were very comfortable. Nice and polite personnel, especially the ladies on the reception. We had some problems with the light in the bathroom and after contacting the reception it was fix on the next morning. The food and drinks are also in good quality and choice. Pools are clean and nice and the big advantage is the small natural beach which is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you wish, you can go easily to Coral bay beach, which is a bigger one, using the public transportations - bus 615. The bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away from the hotel. During the evenings there are entertainments - kids disco, karaoke, live music etc.

Eleni Holiday Village was closed but we get apartments in neighrbood hotel Akteon Holiday Village. Administrator was very nice and replacing was very easy. All information we get in advance.

I didn't like that the bed was 2 singles just pushed next to each other. Also the bathroom didn't have a window so it was quite dark .

Although we only stayed one night, I can say that Eleni village is definitely a great choice for a family looking for a great holiday in budget . We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was at the level of a 4* hotel and also very pleasant staff, great!

The room was shockingly bad. When we entered, there was an overwhelming musty smell. Plus, the room was woefully outdated. It was spartanly furnished, unattractive and none too comfortable!

Breakfast. Though there was a lot of food available there was very little l could eat. Poor choice for vegans. No non dairy spread for toast and bread. Hot food (potatoes and tomatoes) had cheese on it. No list of allergens on any food.

The cocktails and buffet food served at the beach end of the hotel are genuinely the worst I have experienced at many a Cyprus hotel. Many cocktails were completely undrinkable. The female staff there were also incredibly grumpy despite me making a genuine effort to be polite and thankful. Much better cocktails at the restaurant bar in the evening with a friendly and polite barman. Restaurant food just about passable. Warning: there are no hairdryers in the rooms. You have to go and collect one from reception and leave a cash deposit for it 🙄🙄

Rooms and complex as a whole is incredibly basic and dated but beds are clean. Pool is a good size. Glad we were only there for 1 night and you get what you pay for in the end.

The door were unsecured , easy to open without keys and the rooms are old, need renovations. Deposit for towels it’s not a standard for 4star hotel, no hair dryer and no iron , no kettle or coffee..

Good location, large space in the room, easy to find parking place, cheap :)
