Great location, big clean apartment for 6 people, excellent service

We really liked the facility, very clean, comfortable, large and with every amenity available. Most of all, we appreciated the kindness of the staff who allowed us to leave our luggage in the facility before check in and after check out at no extra charge.

The appartment nr. 1 is very beautiful and big! And perfect for 6 people! :) We love the street and the location of the accommodation. There is a tram just 2 minutes away and a lot of bars, cafés and kiosks near by. The owner is answering questions very fast. We needed a second key and got it very fast. Also there is the possibility to store the luggage in a luggage room in the house. We loved our stay here! Thanks a lot!!

By arrive we had problem with key, which did not get out of the box. We called receptionist and she was super helpful and nice. In just two minutes she switched rooms for us and let us have a new key. Bedroom is situated into the backyard, so no noise and there are also dark curtains, which is super for sleeping. Bed very was comfy. Aparment was very clean and good equipt, just one small thing was a bit bothering us. In the shower was very low presure.

WiFI: Scetchy, as usual at hotels, had to use other options. The movement sensor in the hall was running havoc, making the lights turn on and off incessantly, and the janitor could not fix it.

Location: Easy accessible using the Metro and tram (line 22). Hosts: Excellent. Noise from outside: Almost none, living on the 5th floor. Bed: Comfortable. Bath: Spacious. Cleanliness: Speckless.

everything was great, a big clean apartment, it was warm, which can't help but please. Convenient location, not far from the center. The only negative is the very loud entrance door, but this applies only to those on the first floor. I would also like to add that it was very convenient that we were allowed to leave our luggage in our own storage room.

- the clean, we found in a drawer socks and a pair of underpanths - under the sofa in the living room we found a small bottle of nose drops - we didn't found a coffee maschine or coffee or tea or water inside - the living is big, but for nothing. We couldn't stay all together at TV. The sofa is for 3 people and the fourth one need to bring a chair from the kitchen - we didn't found a smoking place in there - into the small bathroom it hasn't a mirror

- that was a really big apatment - it has a big and smart TV - the beds was confortable - the private parking place was safe in the backyard - the place is quite and not so far from old town (like 20 min walk or 30 sec from metro station) - the main thing is that it was warm

The mattresses are very firm and the pillows extremely soft so a bit of a strange sleep but very minor!

The property is immaculate and having stayed in the penthouse, the apartment is bigger than expected. Everything is done to a really high standard and all amenities are available. Really close to tram stop, or you can walk to central Prague which is nice but takes around 45minutes. Staff were decorating the hallways which was a nice touch for Christmas.

Location , close to transportation, great restaurant, very close to Krymska, where I used to live and went to school. Hope to return next year at least twice for our class reunion. We love Prague and all changes for better.

Paid for private parking but due to limited space, I was told to double park and then they called me to come back to move my car, while I was in the city. It was a bit frustrating because I only spent one evening in the city and lost a lot of valuable time.

A bit far from the city center but it was quiet and clean.
