Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The breakfast was amazing, the very spintaneous service/booking of massages was excellente. The staff in the spa was professional and very kind. The staff in general was the best we could wish for. We really enjoyed our time there. Will be coming back again.

What a wonderful hotel/spa with the most amazing restaurant on-site. We travelled from Prague by train on Friday evening and left our work aches behind for the weekend. The Receptionist was so helpful as we were quickly booked in and we immediately went to enjoy a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. From start to finish our weekend could not have been better. We had a lovely relaxing time in the spa and excellent massages. We stayed in the exclusive 2 bedroomed apartment and it really was beautifully designed, perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. We will definitely return!

there’s simply nothing to highlight as the entire stay was just awesome. This was the first time I considered to not write any feedback, as I’m afraid other people will fond this gem and it’ll booked all the time. The location is right in the most historic part of town, surrounded by excellent restaurants and 5 mins walk away from famous pond Svět. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, nothing was a problem to arrange.

AustriaAbsolutely nothing. For the weaker of us and elderly, do try to get a room on the lower floors. I had no issue without elevator to the first or second floor. There is no higher. And your luggage will be brought up for you! So no worries!
What a wonderful stay I had! The location is lovely, in a quiet street in old town centre right between the main place in Trebon and the top of the lake. Loads of shops, market on weekend, restaurants within 100 meters and still quiet for a good nights rest. The receptionist is an Angel! The Spa downstairs, lovely. The Breakfast buffet, fresh and full! Everything is clean and new as well as everybody friendly and helpful. This is a lovely place and the people, who work here will make your stay the best they can wholeheartedly and with pride. I will come back here if I manage to reserve a room in time again next year. Watch out this place is fully booked most of the time. And has only few rooms available. Book early! Thank you.
