The apartment is very clean and ready to use. Good wifi signal. It is located very very close to the tram M1 stop and it is only 300 m far from the Schoenauser Allee U+S station.

Apartment didnt match not a single photo we booked from. Floors of apartment are very old, you can gain a splinter very easily, so don’t forget slippers. Walls were like paper, you can hear everything outside, so the sleep was not too good also.

Public transport and food shops are near.

Kind of complicated to get into the apartment upon arrival. Had to call the centre to get a code as was not send to my email. That is a cost to me as i was on a roaming n cant use my data as it was a land line.

Location and room was great with all facilities intact. Surrounded with ample restaurants/cafe/ mall and most important located between 2 train station. Just a short walk away.

There was no cleaning or towel change included during the stay (week) - you would need to request this for 6EUR. I have seen no staff at all: the self check-in is very impersonal, but efficient. You can leave your luggage before check-in time, however they instructed me to "lock them before leaving them inside the apartment, as [they] cannot be held responsible for any lost items" as housekeeping staff was around

Nice good-size apartment, nice neighbourhood, good location close to supermarket (1 min) and public transport options, comfortable bed, nice to have a fridge and coffee/tea options (note: there is no socket so you need to put the kettle on the floor :)), it was reasonably clean, self-check-in was smooth but impersonal, it specifically states quiet hours between 22.00-10.00 so I slept well.

The use of space in the room was not efficient. The bathroom was very small and while the room looked nice overall, it could be functionally improved. Though there was a water kettle, which was nice, the cord for it was too short, so you have to use it on the ground, etc and there were a few other funny things. Simply bringing a coffee table into the space for better storage/usage of some elements would make it a lot more user-friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the room was sunny and bright. The location was convenient and good.

The room is big and comfortable. It is very clean. The telephone service is also very helpful.

The bathtub didn't properly close off in order to fill it to take a bath, and the shower/bath need a little bit of a scrub, the tiles were a little dirty, but I am a bit of a clean freak. Otherwise, everything was very clean.

The bed and couch were very comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped to make meals. I appreciated the table to have meals and the presence of a closet to hang clothes, and storing things.

The place was a bit cold due to the weather, the bathroom could have used two sets of some sort of carpets - very very cold place with all the tiles.

We could have used two sets of keys, but the options of keeping them in the locker was also very useful.

The bathroom was super small and no one cleaned during 4 days. In the kitchen there is no sink, it was quite uncomfortable.

The location was very close to the market which closes at 11:30 pm. To the nearest metro station it takes around 8 minutes. Everything was clean and the room was big and comfortable. The kitchen is also big enough to eat with family and looks to the street so you can have a breakfast with the street view.

It was pretty hot at the time when we visited (during July) and there was no air condition in the apartment. So it can get pretty hot during the night. Another tip: there are other people/families living in the same building who are very sensitive to the noise. So if you wanna have a gathering late at night (after 22.00), this is not the best option.

The apartment was of good size and in the busy neighbourhood. Balcony was a good option to use. The apartment was clean and access to the building was good.

Nothing coming to my mind, maybe only thing is that fridge was not working properly. Not cooling enough.

I like everything from the beginning. Client service, replies, they were suggesting the room...and we had exactly what we wanted, in the second floor, with balcony in the yard, big spacious room and quite area, not so many tourist and at the night/morning was perfect....! After a night long trip, they have managed to checked us early, at 11 o'clock. That was perfect! The area and location superb! Easy access to public transport 30 mins to train station we went to Rostock and Spreewald, grocery...all main attractions in 30-40 mins walk. We were really enjoying it!!!!! Particularly after long exploring day to comeback to the quite area for a good rest before the next day exploration. Thank you so much!

No shampoo and soap in the shower. Although a self check-in/out, the 3pm check-in is quite late and the 10am check-out is very early :’)

remote control is missing, so the TV doesn.t work kichenette without cutlery, but there is something in the breakfastroom, 2 seats and a little table may be comfortable in the appartement
