We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Slovakiakitchen staff does not speak English, only the reception, and on breakfast as vegetable they only had tomatoes, no cucumber, well perhaps traveling during state holiday had something to do with it
the 'Junior Suite' 50 square meters room is really 1 bedroom apartment, main bedroom, living room with kitchen corner (electric stove and kitchen utensils for 3) in booking you can never book more than 3 people there, but it can fit family of 4 without an issue there was main bed for two, and then sofa which could transform for bed for two, (both 2m x 2m) the only difference is the bed is soft with high mattress and the sofa is somewhat stiffer, but robust even for big person (100kg) rooms are situated towards park, so the air is fresh scenery is nice, but you sometimes hear 'young local teenagers' shouting something as they go home from 'social evening of drinking' , but when windows are closed, nothing can be heard Hotel itself, has 4 big meeting rooms, and a parking space to accommodate around 20 cars, so a company meeting could be held as well the wifi is stable and fast all over the place, even for face sharing MS Teems meeting paradoxically, booking online (directly / booking ), has better price, than asking for a room at reception (so book online) probably the best think to look in town is August Horch Museum in Zwickau

AustraliaGot a twin room instead of a double. Under our room were always smokers standing, which made it impossible to keep the window open. Our shower wasn't the best and even with best efforts the floor was covered with water after each shower.
Their in house restaurant is fabulous, reception staff very accommodating. Also lots of parking available and a walking track along the Mulde straight behind the hotel. Would stay again
