Very nice location, at the edge of old town district, good balance between quietness and energy. I like the staffs who are friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients. Will definitely consider to come back!

Nice hotel set down a side street in Freiburg. Just a short walk across the road and you're in the Old Town area full of shops and restaurants and within easy reach of the cathedral. The owner recommended a restaurant to us in the old town and it was lovely to sit outside and eat dinner. Parking can be reserved at the hotel but is extremely limited. We were unable to get a parking space but no.problem as the hotel has a space in a public car park just over 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms nice and breakfast good. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing staff. It's such a great start to the day when you get greeted with a big smile at the breakfast buffet in the early morning. Speaking of breakfast, it was outstanding. Simple, clean bedrooms. A fantastic experience.

There is no elevator ( was not critical for us) Shower cabin was leaking Checkin time is limited ( no 24/7 reception) - luckily we made it on time even though our flight was delayed

Location is very good - walkable distance till main shops streets, train station around 15 min and hiking trails starting nearby. The street itself is very quiet and safe. Nice breakfast selection, fresh bread and good coffee Room has quite decent size, bed and pillows are comfy. There is also kettle and minibar. There is heating which you can adjust. Room is soundproof ( we could not hear noises from the street and other rooms, only from the corridor a bit) We reserved 2 rooms together and could checkin and pay separately what was very convenient

The only thing that could be better is the carpet floor that seems to be a bit old and stained.

The minute I walked in I felt completely welcomed. Lovely experience! The Staff super friendly, the house just amazing and a great breakfast. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, fluffy beds, I felt profoundly rested.

The location is great, adjacent to the center of the old town. Our room was much larger than It expected. Breakfast was simple with lots of choices. I appreciated the opportunity to park behind the building.

Staff were super friendly - on the phone and at the premise. Communication was easy and I really liked their breakfast room with the big windows. The room itself was very modest, but I expected this given my budget.

A very nice breakfast, super speedy reaction via e-mail, excellent location. Friendly staff. I arrived later than I expected but received very clear instructions concerning the check-in procedure.
