The outside area is sometimes a bit eastern for my liking and I felt a bit watched. However all the hotels in this price class is literally in the same block.

The staff were very friendly. My room was basic but had all the essentials needed and expected. They were very keen on helping me when I needed it like even after I booked out they kept my bags safe and assisted me with a small issue. I will definitely go again

The room is facing the road, across which there are some bars that runs very late. Although it was not very loud, I can hear some people talking even after 11 pm.

The hotel receptionists are friendly, and the room is comfortable. There is even a bathtub in the shower room. The price includes the breakfast and is good. The hotel is near the main station (just 3 minutes by walking).

People who like a good breakfast will be disappointed. The bathroom has no ventilation.

>The rooms are spacios and super clean. Amenities are provided in the bathroom and towells ae chnged everyday. Breckfast is super good, with a vast selectionm of salty and swet products freshly prepared. Staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, ready to help with anyquestion. With the proximity to Munich Central Station, the >Hotel is in a excellent loxation. Also the beautiful Munich old town is just a short walk away.

Located in a fairly seedy area of town.

Location is a bit seedy., but not far from better areas and never felt unsafe. Has secure parking. Room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good water flow and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

This was my the second time in this hotel, before not but now my bed was not really comfortable.

Everybody was so nice and kind. The room, the hotel and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also good. My room was pretty big so it was not problem with my big suitcase to left it fully open on the floor.

The hotel in general and facilities make an impression of being slightly outdated. I didn't like the heavy and bulky key fobs and the neccessity to return them to reception each time leaving the hotel.

A good breakfast, a very central location next to the main station, nice and caring personell. I got to my room about 4 hours before the official check-in time; after checking out on the last day, the hotel let me keep my heavy backpack in a storage room while I was exploring the city before taking an evening train, which was extremely nice and helpful. Tasty bonbons at reception :)

Be aware as female single traveler, the area where the hotel is located does not feel comfortable in the evenings and night. The hotel itself is secure.

There was an issue with the heating in the room. The radiator was cold although I could feel that the incoming pipe was hot, and the knob didn't seem to work. It was not critical since the building in general was warm, but on the next day I asked the reception anyway. They confirmed that there were problems and I was offered a heater and an extra sheet, and on the day they tried to fix it, but the radiator remained barely warm. But as I said, it was not really cold in the building so it was a very minor issue in my case. Tip: if you are traveling during the cold season, check the heating and report any problems on the day of arrival.

The hotel is located close to the main railway station and not far from Allgäu Express bus stop which connects the city to Memmingen Airport. Karlsplatz (Stachus) is just 5 minutes walk away. The staff was very welcoming and polite. I was allowed to check-in before 1:00 PM, although check-in time starts from 2:00 PM. The key to the room must be left at the reception. The room was clean and spacious. And it had a safe which was very convenient. Bathroom was clean and roomy as well. Breakfast was awesome! Very nutritious, with a great choice. Breakfast area is very roomy, with many tables.
