How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There bathroom floor was not swept completely and the bed was on the firm side.
Easy and fast check in, no checkout, very nice location out of the city. The parking was free and very big. It’s definitely better to be with a car. Comfortable bed, spacious room and nice interior.

It would be great if there were an electric kettle in the room. The location is generally good and close to S-Bahn station. Unfortunately if there is a strike and S-Bahn is not running then public transport options are limited and takes a while to go to the city center. We had to use Taxi several times.
Clean and nice room with modern furniture. Vending machine at the lobby for emergency drinks. The staff at the front desk were smiling and helpful.

The room was slightly small for 3 persons.
Location we liked, because this Hotel is just 350meters away from Eschborn Sud Train Station. Which is hardly 3 station away from Messe. We were here in Frankfurt to attend the exhibition in Messe and due to just being hardly 3 stations away from Messe, this was super convenient location

There is a beard person in reception staff(only in 2nd half of the day), and he was not good in behaviour, he was not cooperative guy

We were three person in a room m, qnd outside the toilet in the room there was not any mirror, so if toilet is occupied, but the other person getting dress-up, so he/she doesn't have mirror.vOur room did not had any wardrobe.
Location was good with this room price. Its hardly 4 minutes walk from Eschborn SUD train station

20 minutes from the centre of the city by metro and around the hotel, no nearby restaurants or markets ,like a farway village 🤔
The hotel was great , and one of the staff was harsh a little bit, and the hot water supply was delayed. Take care of having a shower 🚿

The breakfast could be a little more varied. A water bottle in the room would be really nice because there are not too many shops around. The pillows were very soft.
I think the location was quite nice. Breakfast was simple but met my needs. I liked my room, the view was ok, also the size, bathroom cleanliness. It was really ok for business trip.

Only one lift. Breakfast service area is small. No cupboards or wardrobes.
Th ehotel is basic, which is why it is cheaper than most. The Bed was comfortable and the small shower room was clean. Breakfast is ok, bt no cooked option. Small serving area means you often have to wait for others to help themselves first. It is a 4min walk to hte S-bahn station and then only 3 stops to the Messe. Nice shop on the station platform selliing fresh bread rolls.

In the evening you do not have restaurants near, but this is not a minus for hotel.
Breakfast was very good and location for business' area is excellent, metro station is very near.

It’s a little bit outside the centre of Frankfurt but still only a short train journey
The property was lovely. Really good value for money. Super comfy beds, nice clean bathroom. The staff were very nice. None of my group spoke German so it was a little hard to communicate at times but the staff were so accommodating nonetheless!
