Arriving with public transportation was a bit tricky. 800m walk from the S-Bahn station.

Nice hotel, they arranged a dinner for me, even I arrived late. Rooms are clean and the size is very well arranged. Breakfast buffet had a very good selection and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The hotel was a little bit outdated, but the rooms were very clean and smelled nice, everything was very well maintained. The hotel is on quiet street, so we could sleep with open windows. There is also possibility to park for free on the street during weekends, which was convenient. We also got free tickets for public transport.

There was no mini bar and bo air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot. The garage is very small, difficult to go in and hard to park vw passat. In the area everything closes after 22. The restaurant in the hotel also!

Noise from generator or other fan-assisted machinery which was unfortunately just outside our room; however, I was relieved and impressed when it was turned off at night, and the room became peaceful as I'd imagined a courtyard room would be.

The location, the beautiful memorial just up the street, a great little bakery round the corner, wonderful architectural detail in the neighbourhood, leafy courtyard, quiet at night, friendly staff.

As there was crowded in the Hotel and rooms by some young people, there was not any control for making a silence of Hotel atmosphere especially at night. It is recommended to prepare and make some notes about this item.

The only complaint I have is that the ventillating system in the bathroom is very loud, and once it turns on, it runs on for several minutes even after turning the lights off and leaving the bathroom - it is annoying, and you can't hear the other person talking. It would be good if there was another switch to turn this on and off separately if and when required.

The booking comes with ***free public transport*** for the duration of your stay! I find this to be awesome, but I wish we would have known this before we arrived, because by that time we have already bought daily tickets. I think it would be worth adding this to the description. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so I wouldn't recommend it to those visiting Leipzig for the first time, but for our current plans the location was perfect. The hotel room was nice, and equipped with everything to make even a longer stay comfortable (we only stayed for one night), like more than one chairs to sit, and a mini refrigerator/minibar. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

A fridge in the room in a four star hotel is a must...

Spacious room, comfy beds with and old style shower. Free tram return ticket to old town was very thoughtful. Free Parking outside the hotel was possible owing to weekend. All in all, a good stay at a reasonable orice

The hotel is located in a quiet street away from the city centre. The staff, upon arrival, were very welcoming and offered a free public transport pass for each guest. Overall, a pleasant stay ay Balance Hotel Leipzig.

Next time I preffered no smoking room.

Personnel is very helpfull and positive. Location is a little bit far away from city center. But you can arrive anywhere easily, because of the public transportations stations are around the hotel.

We had our moments with parking space, those needs to be increased. Also, the furniture is clean but old, daily rate doesn‘t fit to it.
