Bar closed at 10 and at 2pm on a Sunday. Reception staff could be a bit dismissive of some requests citing that they were busy or policy did not let them deal with requests.

Location brilliant. We could walk to all central Hamburg sights. Even the fish market is only about half an hour's brisk walk away .

The breakfast, whilst good, is expensive.

Room was excellent. Bed was superb; very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good, being well positioned for all that Hamburg has to offer.

The location is superb, close to the railway station and closer still to the main art gallery that was the purpose of this trip. Also convenient to the city centre. The hotel is comfortable and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff entering the room twice before the check out time. Shower is in the middle of the room.

There was too much noice from other locations inside the hotel. The staff knocked on the door early in the morning, for no reason.

Lifts can be slow at busy times. If using the stairs to get to breakfast you still have to wait for a lift to open on first floor to walk through.

Lick on my door was broken- staff took it seriously and gave me another room. Breakfast had a great selection. Location next to public transport and walking distance to ratshaus.

Service in the restaurant when it is busy was not too good. Not enough staff

Location of the hotel meant we could walk easily to the centre. Bedroom and bed were excellent.

we asked every day to fix the showerhead which they unfortunately couldn't manage to do during the lenght of our stay. the breakfast buffet is fine, but heavily overpriced. a light, thin sheet is on the bed, but if you ask for an extra blanket you will prompty receive one.

The room was a bit outdated with some scratches here, some scratches there, didn't quite fit to the price of the night. In the morning of the checkout were were three times bothered by the housekeeping as they wanted to clean the room. When we were leaving they were literally waiting outside the room.

It's a great location close to the city center and to the train station but silent at the same time. there were no noise fro the street or from other guests.

The location is quite nice. It is near the places I planned to visit. And public transports (train, bus, subway and etc) are quite easy to approach.

Ac was not working was terrible had to open the window felt like a sauna inside room. Also bathroom is waay to small im 6.2 waist 48 big fat guy taking the rest room was an issue and when i did the job place stinked for hours with the window open. Shower was good though. Our room number room by the door was broken. Asked for towels got none. Extremely expensive hotel for what it offers i found cheaper and better i had to try it.

Room was good. Picked the basic with breakfast which was amazing but lacks variety of meat (halal stuff like Chicken) dont blame them, lots of alcohol and fresh drinks and lovely baked stuff and fresh fruits. The pillows were nice 3 types of pillows on the bed i liked it. Close to the museum and the European pass mall. Staff extremely nice waaay to nice gave me advice on where to go and let us leave the bags and roam the city after our reservation ended which they gave us 2 extra free hours. Would come again if everything is full. i liked the place. Internet is free. 8/10

We had a room where the heating did not work properly. I believe it was 9th floor.
