The breakfast. If we wanted to eat breakfast from Lidl, we could visit the supermarket by ourselves and buy what was on the breakfast buffet, at 1/10 of the price.

The elevator is very narrow, our stroller could only fit, we couldn't join it. I don't think a wheelchair would fit. There is parking, but you have to drive through an opening of 2m10, much to narrow for our car (a normal four door family sized car). So we could not use the parking. If a hotel advertises they have parking, this should be accessible by all cars. I booked this hotel because of the parking because we came with a baby and we had a lot to unpack. So walking to the carpark around the corner, up stairs, multiple times was definitely not something we enjoyed.

Clean room of a good size, the location in the city (very close to the shopping street and the park), nice breakfast, quick check-in and check-out system, free water bottle in the room.

The room, where I stayed, was a bit small. But for the only one night it's OK.

In the hotel modern IT-technologies are used. Both check-in and check out are available online. The hotel is located in the city center. The client service is also high: I've got a requested invoice for my employer fast and without any problems.

We were surprised and disappointed that we had to pay additionally to use the sauna, one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place, considering that the price was already higher than other hotels, it should've been like an utility you can use in the hotel, like other hotels have pools, fitnes, sauna etc. that you don't have to pay additionally to use . The opening for the garage was too small to fit a normal vehicle, although the staff was very helpful with the parking issue, it took up a lot of time and again we had to pay additionally to the hotel to purchase the ticket permit for the district so we can park

We enjoyed the hotel for the short time we were there. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was nice. The later checkout in comparison from other places was very much appreciated because you don't need to rush in the morning gathering your baggage, etc.

Very uncomfortable pillows. A lot of outside noise throughout the night (cars, partying people, etc.). Fortunately, earplugs provided!

A location near the schloss. A perfect place for an evening stroll. Easy to reach with S-bahn. Friendly staff. Many shops, cafeterias and restaurants around.

The room height in the bathroom on the 5th floor was very limited - only around 1.80. I never thought about that I should ask for a room with standing height, but ok, I'm also above average height.

Friendly and serviable personel. We had a very late arrival but the receptionist was very supportive and helped us to find a parking place. Good breakfast

The drive way to the parking lot was extremly narrow. I was with a small car and it just fitted in. With a regular size car, I believe I couldn't make it.

The bed was far more comfortabe than I expected for the first sight. The staff was super polite and helpful. The breakfast was just perfect. I was absolutely satisfied.
