The size of the room was small and but facility was bit old.

We had rooms on several different floors and the lift was out of order. My key would not work properly in the lock. Every single time. Having walked up to the room I would have to go back down and the receptionist would come up with me and struggle until they managed to let me in. I am sure they were aware of the problem but just said the hotel was full.

When we checked in, the room smelled of cigarettes and the sink didn't work. But on the good side, our child and I were moved to another room. The furniture is old, the floor is shabby, the bathroom also needs cosmetic repairs.

window in room had note it is broken to not open & it was very hot & stuffy in room, we were not happy about this. Not told there was an elevator when dragging luggage up stairs.

The staff at the Rezeption was very unfriendly. Our bed didn’t even get changed in our 4 Day stay. A Water Bottle we hat just randomly vanished. The floor was dirty and we found a Tampon under our bed. The window looked like it would fall apart every second.

Loud and noisy teenage neighbors from the nearby a&o Hostel (late evenings into the night).

Excellent location, friendly receptionist, possibility to keep a yogurt in their fridge overnight.

Veronica was very bad and unhelpful the receptionist. She gave us bad rooms and let us pay additional money . The second day Houssam the other receptionist came and changed our rooms , he was a very good person.It was very loud outside because of the clubs around the hotel.

Not all the staff are professional .Veronica the receptionist is very unfriendly .She wasn’t nice at all. She let us pay additional money for different kind of room and still she gave us the worst rooms at the hotel . We are familiar with this hotel in particularly since it’s not the first time that we book in this hotel . So we knew that she didn’t make any effort in giving us good rooms and we are a family . The room was at the street directly and anyone can enter inside . It’s very dangerous .All night we heard loud music and shouting since clubs are very near from hotel . We couldn’t sleep . There were no AC at the room and it was very hot weather .Houssam the other receptionist was very friendly and helpful . He changed our rooms and he was very gentle .

The bed and cushions were very confortable. The location is super great. The breakfast is very rich and good.

It had a strong smell in the corridors and I had to ask for another pillow because the pillow had a bad smell, probably from a previous guest.

My friend and I couldn't access the wifi so we asked the reception and they said it's because we use iPhone. (It's ridiculous! why only iphone can't access their wifi?? only android can use it. it's not fair) It was really inconvenient without Wifi during our stays. wish there's kettle in every room for boiling water to drink cuz it was really cold. We had to go to reception every time to ask for hot water and went to kitchen with the staff. wish the hair dryer is separate from the bathroom so that I can dry my hair outside and let my friend shower at the same time so that she doesn't have to wait for me. The location is a bit far away from the train station (the cathedral) about 30 minutes. On our last day after checking out, we left our luggages at the reception for visiting another city before going to airport. However, when we got back to the hotel wanted to get our luggage back there was no one at the reception, no joking, literally nobody. We were in a rush for catching the train to the airport and couldn't wait any longer so we had no choice but went to grab our luggage by ourselves (they were just behind the counter) It was actually quite dangerous and unsafe. What if someone else took our luggages before us?

The room is quite clean (they clean every day while we stayed there for 4 nights) The bed is quite comfy. The bathroom provides shampoo shower gel and hair dryer which is good. They change towel every day. There is a closet with hangers for coats. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for hot water to drink. There's a xmas market about 10 minutes walk away which is convenient to find food.

Breakfast: Even though the staff was good, the menu options were limited. More items could be offered for the same price.

Staff: Very supportive and accomodative, especially for folks travelling with family/kids. Location: Good - public transit nearby, safe area, shopping areas near by Room: Mid-sized, good value for money. Clean bathroom.
